Always Do It the Right Way.
Always doing things the right way is the most efficient and
productive means of achieving anything. We all have things in life we must do,
but the way they are done affects our attitude and spirit each time we see it.
That is when we realize how our failure to do our best is visible to others.
There are many ways to accomplish things but no better way
than the right way. Trying to complete a task without using the correct
procedures is almost impossible. Although it will be finished it will most
likely fail and be a reflection of how poorly the attempt was made. Others will
see and know that it was done carelessly and with little regard for the
finished product. It will also show that whoever did it wasn’t interested in
the final result.
Doing things the wrong way is like doing the wrong thing. We
often feel that a job that is done just good enough will get us by, but with
that attitude we should not even begin. To haphazardly work on a project will
project the message that coincides with our true feelings, which say it doesn’t
matter. Achieving the task correctly shows a dedication to excellence that we
all want associated with us.
The determination to doing things the right way is the only
means of success. There is never an acceptable alternative to a job done well
and the respect of accomplishing it. These are the factors, which will benefit
everyone involved and reap the greatest rewards. These rewards are not only
emotional ones but it will prevent the task from being redone because of poor
workmanship. It’s easier to do anything once correctly than to do it many times
wrongly.
The right way may not always be the easiest but it will be
the most lasting. Long after it is finished we can have a sense of pride it
hasn’t failed.
