Disappointed By The Things You Didn’t Do

20 Years from now, you’ll more disappointed by the things you didn’t do than the things you did.” Mark Twain

You know this quote is so very true. A friend of mine's dad was just taken to the hospital with a heart attack. He was fine early today but now his whole life has changed. Everything he had planned for the day has now been put on hold or maybe canceled indefinitely. I don't know much about his past, but many times we could have done things to improve our health. None of us do everything we possibly can to keep our bodies well. The same holds true for orfinancial and spiritual lives. We normally take life as it comes and deal with each occurrence when it arrives. We don't look beyond today to see and know things won't always be the same. We keep doing everything the same and hoping it will change. To have things changed later we must begin to change them now. We need to realize the only way to be preparedis to prepare. We know the cost of everything will increase yet no one plans to increase his or her income. We know life will end yet there is no preparation for meeting Jesus when we do die. There are so many obstacles in our way of preparing for later we never seem to advance past them. Again this requires a change of mindset and the determination to overcome. Isn’t it surprising that every time change is required it is based in our mindset and attitude toward it? If we have the ability and desire then we also have the power within us. It is only limited by the way we believe and think in the process. So don’t let your mindset and attitudes create a glass ceiling to control your advancement. The only thing that limits you is yourself.

Re: What is your biggest challenge? Today? Re: What is your biggest challenge? Today? - The Big challenge i face many days, is the challenge to stay on schedule. Things always pop up, like family plans and social gatherings. I always end up procrastinating. I've heard it's a very common situation, so does anyone have a resolution to that?
Franchisng Franchisng - This is a ll excellent information. I guess I am in a limbo about this. I have a great business that has the potential to be an a amazing franchise. But I am bogged down with the day to day work that franchising seems overwhelming. I also don't know if I actually want to take the risk to expand. Do you tamper with a model that works well? Things to think about! Anyone been in this situation?
Re: Joint Ventures?? Re: Joint Ventures?? - I have done a lot of JV's in the past. Things like you join my program and I'll join yours, or your promote my product and I'll promote yours, and other things like that. I've also started sites with other people in a JV where they would have a job like building and maintaining the site and I would market or something like that.
Depends on the business Depends on the business - fred333, I believe it depends on the targeted customer as global search engines are not suitable for marketing some local businesses such as an auto mechanics business for example. The factor that I would weigh up the most would calculating how much profit I would need to make each month to break even. Things to consider include cost of buying or leasing a commercial property, rates you may have to pay.
