Do you think you have a face for radio? I was listening to an interview with Mike Koenigs of Traffic Geyser and he mentioned a problem we have making videos. The problem is feeling you have a face for radio. We feel no one will want to associate with or do business with us the way we look so here are some solutions to this problem.

A paper bag covers a lifetime of imperfections and you can always draw the type of image you want to portray to others. You can give that impression no matter how you truly feel or think of the situation or person your dealing with.

Or you can use a partial mask to permit others to see only your lower face and give them the ability to connect with the speaking part of you. This prevents them from seeing into your eyes and reading your feelings. It’s been stated that “the eyes are the windows to the soul” and you wouldn’t want someone seeing that.

Or you could just remove all the masks and accept the image you have been given. We were all given the features God wanted us to have so why not accept them as they are and live the life we’ve been blessed with. We can’t all be the most beautiful, the smartest, or the most athletic, if we were then whom would the “MOST” be compared to, we would all be the same. The person we should want to portray to others is the one that exists inside of each of us. The person that makes us individuals, that makes me who I am, that makes others interested in me because of me.

So if you think you have a face for radio, the solution to that problem is in your mind. Don’t worry what others think about you, just realize you are you and not everyone will like everything about you, but that is their loss. We don’t want others to be fake and artificial with us and other people feel the same. It’s most important be yourself, relax, and let the true YOU be seen. Your message is more important than the speaker.

Now As it is into Business Solutions, I would recommend that you also include this into the name of the website. This will help you getting better results as far as SEO is concerned. You can start building a brand with this name. As you have already got the name booked, you can try changing it to something on the lines of Business Solutions as in azimabusiness or azimabusinesssolutions. Its a long name but still is good from the SEO point.
Help me name my moms business - I think Infinity Cleaning Services sounds better than Elite Cleaning Solutions... Why the Solutions? What is there to be solved? You simply get a rag with some Windex on it and wipe away.... plug the vacuum and Vac Away, get a mop and mop away. Stick to Infinity Cleaning Services... ICS sounds cool...
LinkedIn Useless - I've been on LinkedIn for about a year and have found it useless. I've upload a few contacts and have some friends conneted to me but no business has come from it and most of the requests I made got stopped somewhere along the way. Face to face networking is the best way!
Re: What's the rule on using emoticons? - I use the Smiley Face a lot when communicating with subscribers and affiliates. So far, I don't think I've gotten into any "trouble" for it. I do, however, agree on avoiding other types as we never know how one could interpret it.
