The Tell-Tale Signs You Have Recreated a JOB. (vs. a Business that can Thrive With or Without You)

Ask yourself these questions….

Why did you want to start your own business?

Was it to work 70, 80 or even 100 hours a week?

Did you secretly desire to feel trapped in a role where you had to sit in front of your computer for long hours every day in order to keep up?

Were you craving overwhelm and the frustration of trying to learn new strategies or tasks that wasted tons of hours every day (and never really feeling like you’ve accomplished anything?)

NO! Of course not!

But yet that’s how over 90% of entrepreneurs spend their days – feeling like they have a job with none of the freedom and reward we planned for in the beginning.

Are you experiencing one of these tell-tale signs you have a JOB:

1. You can’t make money unless you are working

2. You work super hard to barely make enough money to pay bills

3. You spend way too much time on tasks that burn you out (if you get to them at all)

If you said yes to any of these signs, then you are a prime candidate for a lifestyle business makeover. Now I’m not suggesting you sit on your butt and eat bon-bons all day while watching I Love Lucy re-runs.

Nor am I thinking you’ll desire to be a online business millionaire who travels around the world doing absolutely no work (not impossible but isn’t a reality for most of us, especially for those of us that love our work.)

I’m suggesting you could have a thriving six to seven figure business where you work 3 – 4 days a week, spend a majority of your time doing the tasks you love, and have the freedom to enjoy the things that are important to you in your life.

If this is sounding like I’m eavesdropping on your thoughts then consider this…

To create the business you’ve been wishing you had and stop struggling with the JOB you created for yourself you’ll need to do three things:

1. 1. Change the way you are doing things (Yes this probably means your mindset and your habits have fallen into a bad rut and you need a jump start.)

2. 2. Evaluate the business model you’ve set up (Hate to tell you this but at least 75% of entrepreneurs have a faulty business model. It’s not always hard to change it but we’ve got to figure out where you went wrong!)

3. 3. Engage new resources to elevate your success possibilities. (You probably are trying to grow using the same techniques that got you started. I’ll be able to showcase for you some proven techniques to achieve more momentum with less stress.)

If you are ready to create a thriving 6 – 7 figure lifestyle business then its time to evaluate these three signs and put new tactics into action that can and will deliver better results. Start today by making a list of all the ways you are doing things that burn you out, frustrate you or cause you to feel overwhelmed.

Then it's time to pick a business model that is proven to generate income -- with or without you! Last, we've got to implement massive leverage through technology and teams so your business grows automatically.

A new study based on four years of data from men and women in a training program for microenterprises finds that they come out the same in quality scores. "However, women scored significantly better on the presentation of their plan to judges," conclude the study's authors, Ronald G. Cook, Paul Belliveau, and Christine Lentz of Rider University, in a paper presented at a recent meeting of the Small Business Institute. [/quote:ka7lg35i] What do you guys think?
