Dreams and Visions and Your Fast Track to Fulfillment

How many of us know what we want, feel that we deserve it, take action, and our still waiting around for the manifestation of our goals? What is that lag time for anyway?

Lag time most often occurs because we've overlooked the universal principal of coming and going (a.k.a., hello and goodbye). Two sides of the same coin, these forces work together and are present at all transformations. No matter what we endeavor, we must not only envision our future, but also acknowledge our past and fully appreciate our present to manifest what we want.

Attainment delay is most often due to our inadvertent and subtle discount of what we have in our current circumstances. Since our psyche cannot endorse loss of any kind, even loss of an unfulfilling life, we cannot move forward until we acknowledge fully our present life and appreciate all good herein. We need both visions of our future and good-byes to our past for a complete manifestation.

As an example, in moving forward in one's career, acknowledging the present means specific and gracious gratitude for all aspects of the current job, even though desiring to change it. The "take this job and shove it" mentality has never set anyone up for fulfillment in a new position. A graceful exit with natural grief makes the transition to the new easier, faster and far more meaningful. This is not only nice, but necessary. In the example of the "shove it" departure, the next job almost always mirrors the same qualities of the last one, so the transformation is superficial only.

This hello/goodbye concept is obvious to most of us when it comes to leaving something tangible like a job, but it is even more critical when we are making quality of life leaps in our lives. We are moving forward, and we are also leaving aspects of our experience behind.

So, how can you apply this to speed up the realization of your dreams and achieve results now?

Spend a few minutes every single day asking yourself, "What is really great about my life right now?" to be followed by "what else?"... "what else?"..."what else?". Ask until you realize something new each time. This process, though simplistic, gears the psyche for a major shift and gives you ample time and space to say an internal and gracious goodbye.

Because the gracious goodbye always accompanies an extraordinary hello, say your good-byes right now and step in gently into the company of a warm and wonderful hello. Your future is beckoning you...and it walks hand in hand with your present moment. Acknowledge them both and realize your dreams with lightning speed.

Top sales skills Top sales skills - Qualifying Fast to Avoid Wasting Sales Time Do you chase after your prospects until they tell you yes or no? Do you ever tell your prospects "No", as in "No, I am not going to sell to you"? There are many things in selling that you do not and will not be able to control. The one thing that you do have control over is your time and how you choose to use it. Motivating Prospects Qualifying goes beyond budget, authority, and need. You want to sell to prospects who *want* to buy from you. Finding prospects that need our products usually is not difficult. Finding those who really want our products though can be very hard if we wait for them to come to us. Selling to People Outside Your Comfort Zone Most salespeople who are "people persons", already think that they are good at this. Let me ask you a question. When you last lost a sale, how was your rapport with the key person who decided against you?
Re: What If Steve Jobs Hadn't Returned To Apple In 1997? Re: What If Steve Jobs Hadn't Returned To Apple In 1997? - Thanks for sharing with us Yinko. Steve Jobs is definitely a visionary. Not only his products are innovative in a technological sense, but he's managed to turn a tech-company's products into a lifestyle.... a lifestyle!! [quote:zfqoq43n]Fast Forward to today. Apple has the sexiest products in the business: iMacs, Macbooks, iPhones, iPods and more.[/quote:zfqoq43n] I think not only tech would be different (music players and phones), but ways we can think of marketing and branding. What Steve Jobs did was of course no easy task for the smaller businesses, but he did start somewhere. What I did not know was that Apple is worth about as much as Google. How do you think Apple accomplish what they did? In terms of strategy wise? If you could advice Steve on one thing, what would it be?
Women Entrepreneurs On The Rise Women Entrepreneurs On The Rise - Are you a women who owns her own business? I believe that empowered, successful women are one of the keys to causing our world to change to a more peaceful and community oriented society. Did you know that women are now contributing to nearly half of all new small businesses?. Maybe through your business you want to make a difference and of course you also want to have prosperity. According to the Woman's Financial Network, women start businesses at two times the rate of men. While women are starting more businesses than men, they often find it harder to get things going and to sustain them over the long term. What can women do to be more sustainable in the long haul? Business is all about relationships. You have probably noticed that women are more relationship oriented and having that natural bent serves well in the business world. Women tend to be better listeners and develop stronger relationships with customers, clients, and vendors. Developing supportive relationships is also what sustains women. One women I have worked with shares, " Building my business has been about creating a team and investing energy into teach person, knowing that I cannot do all this alone. Men like to be the alpha male and do it themselves. But I need and want to be part of a community." Another women shares. "Mentoring has been crucial for me. I have enjoyed having a female mentor that shows that it is possible for me as a woman to make it." Women need a community and to be with other women entrepreneurs. Fulfillment comes from sharing business, personal, financial and spiritual fulfillment through connections with other like-minded women. Women's support comes from being in a circle, talking, and sharing. In the earliest women's enterprises, this is how it has worked, whether it was quilting bees or canning vegetables in the kitchen. Women have always needed to connect with one another and talk. Women business owners benefit from sharing with each other in many ways including, • Reducing work stress • Confidence building • Self- esteem growth • Laughter • Sharing challenging situations • Life-work balance • Learning from each other Does all this sound good? Here are three suggestions. 1. Find a couple other women who own businesses in your area and set up a regular meeting at a cafe. It is a nice break from work and also can offer support and sharing of resources. 2. Join a women's networking group. Not only will you meet other women but you might benefit from the monthly presentations. 3. Join a facilitated women in business group. This has the benefit of being more focused and committed. Whatever your business make sure you are one of those who succeed in the long run. Find support, find other women to talk to, and once you are successful be a mentor to a new business woman. Being able to give back is the icing on the cake.
