What do you want in your life? What do you want to have for yourself? And in what situation do you want to live? Describe the scenario. Imagine it. Give yourself the needed time to answer these questions and take the time to slow down and reflect on them. Take a walk in the spring sunshine, breathe some fresh air, turn off all distractions and give your head some time to clear. Then, write down as many details as you can think of for the ideal picture of your life. Be Specific. What is happening in the best possible picture of your life? What kind of career, home, friends, and relationships do you have? Who are you surrounded with? Who are you being?
You can often have what you want, if you take the time to imagine it. So let yourself imagine this. It is not wasted time and there really is nothing better to do.
Begin by being relaxed, open and creative. Don't limit yourself. There is no wrong way work with your imagination. Just begin it. When you imagine what you most desire in your mind, you take the first big step in actually creating it. If what you are working so hard on now is not what you really want, imagine and create something new. Then, go after it.
If You Don't Know What You Want, Turn to Your Heart
If you don't know what you want, turn your head off and turn to your heart. Ask yourself for help and you will find the answers. Be patient with yourself and trust the answers will come. Your head has an agenda for your life. It chatters loudly and boldly sometimes, and it can get in your way. You heart has a different voice. Sometimes is speaks more softly and gently so you need to give it time to express itself. Your heart speaks with the tone of wisdom. Your heart can be spontaneous and surprise you. And it knows what is truly best for you. Your heart also takes feelings, experiences and intuition into account. Give yourself time and permission to listen to your inner voice and trust that your heart is ready to guide you to the right place. From this place you can begin to create a picture that is best and most right for you!
