Title: Goals In Life By Your Hindsight

Looking back gives us wisdom to help with similar or even dissimilar situations that come up again! It’s a cliché, “Hindsight is 20-20.”

The New Year usually brings the familiar situation of – resolutions and goals. But, what if you are still setting the same goals? You did want to lose weight last year, and didn’t. You did want to reach a higher sales goal, and didn’t. You did want to quit smoking, and didn’t. So, did you actually apply any hindsight?

Consider applying hindsight as foresight this year whether you want to lose weight, or increase savings or stop your procrastination habit. Whether you are targeting your health your finances or even something like spending more time with family and friends consider learning from hindsight; in advance.

What do you do to apply hindsight in advance?

First, fast forward yourself to the end of this year. There you are looking back over the year, hearing those wild “aha” moments and feeling all the joy as you move one step closer to your goal or resolution.

Now, as you think back, ask yourself some questions. What did you learn in your goal achievement? What obstacles did you overcome to – reach your goal.

Identify who gave you advice during the year, and what did they advise you about.

Pinpoint any surprise or aha moments along the way of your achievements.

Who was a role model along that way? What was their advice to you about what you wanted to do be or have?

So, start by remembering you did it! You are 20 pounds lighter; you have 20% more savings in the bank; your business grew 45%.

You can talk these questions through in your head, write them down or just get into the feeling of the process as you read the ideas now.
You could wait for this whole year to go by and once again, learn from looking back. Or you can get that fresh start, look back now and take a leap forward earlier to make the difference you want.

The Second Life Platform The Second Life Platform - Greetings! I'm not sure how many of you have heard of or are sensitive to Second Life and its related entities. However, Second Life is a fantastic platform to mimmick real life business operations in a real currency based economy. There are plenty of successful stories for creative individuals, but I'd highly suggest doing your research and appreciating Second Life for what it is, and what it isn't.

Re: Charge what you're worth Re: Charge what you're worth - [quote="Tami Szabo":292ze3jd]People will pay you what you ask. Very few will ever up the price. You are the one who decided what you are worth. The key is that we believe our services are worth the price we are asking.[/quote:292ze3jd] Hi Tami, You're absolutely right. In "Think and Grow Rich", Jessie B. Rittenhouse says "For Life is a just employer, He gives you what you ask, But once you have set the wages, Why, you must bear the task. I worked for a menial's hire Only to learn, dismayed , That any wage I had asked of Life, Life would have willingly paid" (Napoleon Hill 35). I think the same can be said when setting prices on eBay or Craigslist, especially when people are trying to haggle you.
