Vision check

Recently we published an article 'Create your Vision'. Did you work at creating YOUR vision? Can you answer the following questions:

• How do you want your life to be?
• What business are you in?
• Will you be working in the business, or will you have passive income?
• Who are the customers?
• How many people are employed?
• How do you go about getting customers?
• What makes your business unique?

Have you been taking time out each day to picture your vision in detail and confirm that this is what you really want? Did you modify your vision where necessary? Always hold on to your vision and don't let anyone take it away from you. Remember to dream big. Email me a summary of your vision for your business. I would love to here from you. I will even check up with you at the end of the year to see how your progress is going.

With your vision firmly held in your mind, what business goals are you going to set for the coming year? Think of four goals that you will strive to achieve and write them down. Writing them down fixes them firmly in your mind and you can refer to them frequently.

Now let's break it down a little bit further. What are you going to achieve in 90 days - maybe set yourself a 90 day challenge. Write it down.

Checking in regularly with your vision and writing down goals helps keep you and your growing business on track, inspired and moving in the direction you want to go.

How Do You Check Google Ranking? How Do You Check Google Ranking? - Now that Google is so responsive to your own search history, how can you get a good idea of what your Google ranking really is for your web pages? Whenever I check my ranking for specific keywords on Google, my web pages appear on the front page, or suspiciously high. My way around this is to check Google ranking via other computer Internet links, i.e., whenever I'm working in a library I will use a library computer to check. I check Google ranking before logging into my Gmail or other Google-related accounts. Does anybody else have any other tips for discovering your Google ranking? Nowadays, I check Bing.com for my webpage ranking as it gives a much less favourable (and so, I guess, "truer") ranking for my webpages than Google does...
UFOC Clearly States UFOC Clearly States - Every UFOC clearly states that no government agency has checked the information in the UFOC. It is up to you to check it. You cannot simply rely upon what is in the UFOC without checking it out. (One might think that this is a make work program for franchisee lawyers and consultants, except that few franchisees every check out the UFOC.) There are a lot of ways to check the information out. For example, Netfran Development's UFOC has no earnings claim in item 19. But since the UFOC also discloses that NetFran is a public company, and so it is useful to review the company's 10k's - a public document- to see what is says about its franchisees. Remember that it is up to you to check out the UFOC and report any inadequacies to the relevant state/fed authorities.
