A Question of Balance

Are you working to live or living to work?

Is your work an end in itself or a means to an end?

Are you constantly swimming against the tide?

This week I am challenging you, or someone you know, to send me one comment or question relating to work/life balance or rather . . . imbalance.

I will respond personally, confidentially and as inspirationally as I can within 7 days of today’s date. No strings attached – I simply want to weigh up the strength of feeling on this subject and find out how many of my subscribers are living, what they would regard as, a balanced life.

Work/life balance is a challenging issue.

No question about it?

The answer, my friend, is blowing in the wind.

Look after yourself.

Re: Balance - Make time for things you love Re: Balance - Make time for things you love - Balance in life is important, and one generally is more productive work wise when they take the occasional break to smell the roses or read a book that has nothing to do with work but is just for enjoyment.
