Thoughts to ponder

Health will follow sickness.

Happy will follow sad.

All life is cyclical. When you release your musculature and breathe deeply, you are much better able to take in the energy that is available to you in any given moment. This is the essence of healing and high quality health!

The more you hold on with the muscles of your body, the less fresh oxygen you are able to take in, and the less carbon dioxide you are able to release.

Excess carbon dioxide in the body leads to acidity. Acidity leads to poor health.

To a large extent, your body is the product of your thinking. What you think about and believe in, determines your health and well-being, and what you get and don't get.

Thoughts have energy,

Moving energy tends to sustain life. Blocked energy, or excess energy tends to deplete one's life force.

What you try to avoid or resist you tend to make stronger.

That's how virulent forms of disease got going in hospitals.

Whatever the antibiotics can't kill,...

Gets stronger,

This is part of the process of adaptation.

The more you talk about what you don't want, the more you're thinking about what you don't want. In the process, you feed what you don't want with the energy of your thoughts.

Your thinking mind creates a thought field.

Your thinking mind determines the way you use your body and breathe. The way you use your body and breathe, determines how you feel, and your overall health.

Your thinking and the way you use your body and breathe, creates your energy field.

Your energy field resonates.

Your energy field attracts/resonates with the energy fields of some aspects of nature/people/experiences/your environment, while repelling/dampening other aspects.

Your body, just like the body of a classical guitar, is a resonator.

When you adopt a healthy posture, you increase your capacity to resonate life affirming energy.

All disease is the body's way of telling you that what you're doing doesn't work. You and your doing are out of balance.

Symptoms are an integral part of a system wide feedback loop, alerting you to the need for change.

Be thankful for the feedback.

Without it, you would soon no longer be alive.

The power that flows through you is limitless.

The essence of who you are, is not constrained by time or space.

If you are truly emotionally healthy, you will tend to be truly physically healthy.

The opposite of this is equally true.

Your emotional health and your physical health are in a constant and recursive conversation.

You are the creator of your entire experience of life. This includes your health, your happiness, and your relationships,

Or the lack thereof.

You are the product of all your relationships.

Your system is designed to be self healing. Release all stressors and the body will heal.

Stress finds the weakest link in your system and begins to break it down.

"There are always two choices. Two paths to take.

One is easy. And its only reward is that it's easy. "

The composition of the Board saga continues .... The composition of the Board saga continues .... - Hi Folks, You folks have been of much help, both in your specific answers and by offering an opportunity to "think out loud". Following on from our earlier discussion, the planned number of minority shareholders is now in the 5 - 10 range who together ought not to share more than 25% of the equity of this agri-business. Having said that, my questions are: 1) How to structure the board so as to minimize the 'miserable/hinder' effect outlined by Garth - what kinds of expertise might I be seeking? 2) Thoughts on coralling them? 3) Any other thoughts on things my client should be looking out for .... I look forward to the opportunity to 'pay back' this forum for the help I've received. Thank you. Terry
