Creating Success

I was interviewed by a TV reporter the other day who asked me a lot of questions about my life. He was very interested in what he perceived as me having things come to me like "magic". I set him straight and shared my system of creating success and explained it wasn't magic – it is the right formula that I share with my Platinum Coaching Clients. Here is the essence of the formula. I know that when you follow what I teach, you will make more money, have greater life success, more joy in daily living, better relationships, more connection, more love and a better quality of life. Don't question and don't think you have the RIGHT formula unless you have millions you can give to charity without flinching, great health, awesome relationships, emotionally and mentally are in tip-top shape, love your life each moment, have a spiritual practice that nurtures you, are meeting all your career goals while having nothing but ease and peace in your life.

Here you go:

First, you must identify ONE goal that is super important to you.

Second, you need to write the goal as a statement of what you desire... like this: "I desire to make double my income this year" or "I desire to lose 10 pounds by December 31, 2008."

Be sure you always have the exact date you will achieve the goal by.

Third, think of all the things that might get in your way of achieving your goal. Example: not enough time, not enough money, need more knowledge, hard for me to do, don't know where to begin, etc.

After each block to your goal, write down some baby steps you can take to remove the block. For example: not enough time – get up 15 minutes earlier each day... not enough knowledge – hire a coach... don't know where to begin – ask someone who has done this where they started.

Be sure to write a date by each action that moves the block – each baby step.

Fourth, each week schedule time to track your goals, review them, make changes to them and add more action steps.

Fifth, schedule each action on your calendar and commit to doing what you say.

Sixth, give yourself small acknowledgments and rewards along the way.

Seven, the BEST way to keep accountable is to hire a coach – that’s why I have my coaches and always will.

Take action on what I just taught you. This is a key lesson to my success and I want you to create the health, wealth, and happiness you desire and deserve, too.

Re: Social Media & Digg, Google, MySpace, and YouTube Re: Social Media & Digg, Google, MySpace, and YouTube - Hi Kathy, What I meant about it being worth it was in the sense that I described. Creating multiple accounts for various sites and posting and ranking your own stuff. It's very time consuming to say the least. I'm just wondering if there's anyone out there that has done this and thinks it's beneficial.

What are your success criteria? What are your success criteria? - Out of curiousity, what has to be present for you to know that your business is a success? The top three things for me are: 1. Maintaining a 6 figure income year in and year out. 2. Creating and promoting my own products. 3. Income not solely dependent upon my personal effort. How about yours?
