Radical Shifts to Achieve Extraordinary Business Results

There are as many techniques and tactics for achieving remarkable business results today as there are types of business. It is simply a matter of matching the right technique with the right business. If you do nothing, however, you will achieve nothing. You wouldn't be reading this if you didn't want tips to achieve extraordinary business results, however, so here they are:

1. People Make it Work

Never forget that successful businesses are built on people. People make business happen. Cultivate meaningful relationships with everyone associated with your business be they clients, competitors, suppliers or colleagues.

2. Surrender the Outcome.

Being focused on the outcome limits your perspective, hinders your ability to seize opportunities along the way, and makes you less willing to take risks. It's like running a race with blinders on. Focus on making each day extraordinary.

3. Ditch beliefs that hold you back.

You know the beliefs or hidden agendas that stand in your way? It's time to get rid of them. Lose what you used to think and be open to new ideas and allow yourself to discover new possibilities. Be spontaneous. Be free to pounce, unencumbered by old, outdated beliefs.

4. Immerse your Entire Self

Don't rule your business with just your head or your heart - throw everything into it - heart, head and soul. When the brain works with integrity and your heart and you put your soul into it, this is when you see extraordinary results.

5. Don't Stop at Bumps in the Road

Slow down by all means until you've had a chance to rethink and plan, but keep moving even though it may be at your slowest speed - you can be prepared to halt if necessary, or be prepared to speed up (which you can't do if you've already stopped!)

6. Lead Your People!

Don't forget to let your people know which way you're headed so they can follow you easily and not have to guess. Knowing your "itinerary" they may even have suggestions for best routes!

7. Not Everything Shiny is Gold

Modern technology can sometimes be more of a hindrance than a help. You don't always need the latest program or piece of equipment - don't get caught up and sidetracked by marketing hype. Sometimes the simplest methods work best and programs and equipment you already have is perfect for the job.

8. Be Yourself at Your Pace

Relax and enjoy your journey. You will be stressed enough as a business owner without adding more stress on yourself trying to be something you're not.

It is a great presentation. I've watched it several times but not for a while so I'll view it again in the coming week. He is one of the greats. Like the best success mentors, he speaks with authority because he has come through much tribulation. His program sounds like a great bargain at $100 a year.
Exclusive: Interview with Results Exclusive: Interview with Results - Hi Forum Members, I'm helping start up a Business Coaching and Consulting company here in Toronto, Ontario, Canada (a Subsidiary of RSC Business in Los Angeles). As a Research and Development Intern I am required to practice my listening and interview skills by surveying Small and Medium Businesses on thier Business. This Survey is designed by RSC Business to also assist the Business being interviewed more insight into their own business. I am looking to interview about 30 businesses across North America over the span of 3 months. At the end of these interviews I will be publishing a report of the results and they will be made available for free to the Interviewees. The Report data will include responses from a minimum of 100 interviews. I would like to extend this opportunity to members of the Forum. If you would like to have this short 20-30 minute interview conducted on your Business and you reside in North America please send me an email or PM. Please contact me at andy[at]jvprosperity[dot]com to arrange our interview and to get free access to the results when they are published.
Re: HOw to market a B2B consulting company Re: HOw to market a B2B consulting company - [quote="zohahunt77":428owzbi]Hi, I was wondering if anyone can tell me the difference between B2B and B2C. I don’t know about b2b marketing but I have done marketing so know things about it. I will suggest you to take online services which will spread your business all over web network. Online marketing is the best way to market any business.[/quote:428owzbi] B2B = Business to Business - You are marketing to other businesses. B2C = Business to Consumer - You are marketing to consumers.
English teachers learn Japanese as Interns English teachers learn Japanese as Interns - Yasunori, what about the many students that leave N. America to teach English in Japan. They may want to learn Japanese (maybe Business Japanese is a bit different) and the Japanese Business Culture.
