Adaptive organizations have a change management system that ensures that all process changes are reviewed and implemented in a timely manner. It can be as simple as a suggestion box or a very structured process that includes all internal staff and customers.

These types of organizations leverage the knowledge of the whole organization and are capable not only of rapid change but also rapid growth. They are only limited by the organizations common vision and strategies.
