Are you the best you can be? Are you realizing the degree of success that you want? Do you know what you really need to do to achieve your ultimate level of success? I will presume that there are a lot of NO answers to my questions and that you will have an open mind while reading these articles. Your strategic thinking business coach offers eleven (11) strategic steps for you to follow to achieve your ultimate level of success.

1. Develop a clear definition of your vision for success. This can be a business vision and/or a personal vision for success.
2. Conduct a SWOT analysis of your business and yourself to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats for each.
3. Design a professional development/self improvement plan to take advantage of what you learned from your SWOT analysis. This plan may include attending seminars, workshops & classes; listening to audiotapes and watching videos of training; and reading books, manuals, etc.
4. Commit to being a lifelong learner.
5. Commit to discovering and defining the “lessons learned” from any mistake or failure that occurs in your business and/or personal life.
6. Hold yourself accountable as an example for others.
7. Seek advice by finding a good mentor and selecting a professional business coach.
8. Develop and implement a strategic action plan to reach your business and/or personal vision.
9. Adopt an attitude of being patient, positive, persistent and proactive everyday.
10. Adopt a code of ethics and live by that code of ethics.
11. Be passionate about what you do and have fun doing it. One of my closest and most valued friends used to say, “If you’re not having fun, you’re not doing it right.”

Your strategic thinking business coach encourages you to use strategic thinking to plan for your success. Re: Business Women Peer Mentoring Spotlight Re: Business Women Peer Mentoring Spotlight - Hi Tami, Have you reviewed other comparable sites and coaches? I think that you will find that they have positioned themselves a bit more 'out there', and they dont focus on cheap pricing as the key benefit. I think your copy needs to be much tighter with a focus on the key features and BENEFITS that group coaching provides. Look at The Strategic Coach model etc. Your bio needs to be stronger if you are going to be pitching business development and leadership development. Also, have you put together a strategy for list building and promotions? how many subscribers do you have currently. Local networking as well as grouping some of your existing clients into the first BETA group might help. People dont like 'NEW" services because it comes off that they will be the guinea pigs. Those are my initial thoughts for now. Hope it helps. I'll try and spend some more time reviewing over the weekend and get back to you! Jude
Business Innovation Business Innovation - Hi Simon If you can finish off the Business Plan and think about your strategic direction or how you are going to use your product to convince people it's a great idea, it will set the foundation for your programming project. You see, when you are looking for funding you will need a Business Plan and Strategic Plan that will convince companies to invest into your new idea. Has anyone achieved this idea before using another industry besides health and fitness that you know of? You should also design some mockups as a "preview" for your programming project. This will also help reduce your programming costs as everyone will know exactly what you want if you have detailed mockups already completed including any functionality you require. Starting mockups for websites and software applications on paper is the best way if you're not a guru in graphic editing software.
