Do you have a plan to address the challenges for you to achieve or even exceed the expectations you have for your business? Do you have annual and long range goals you want to achieve and are they written down? Do you have an Action Plan that details how you will achieve your goals? Do you have a truly clear vision of what you want your company to become? If you answered no to any of these questions, then success will be as much a matter of luck as anything else.

Re: How do you make the most of your day? - Planning, To Do lists, and deadlines all help me. Also being self critical of my own time management helps me raise the bar. I still check email too often though.
