According to a comprehension originating in professional sport life, coaching is a special way of thinking, which is lifting up to the hihgest level the ability of problem solving - significantly growing the performance. The coach does not give advices, but assists to recognize our hidden internal sources as the key of changing, finding our best solutions. Coaching started a few years ago from the USA and has become very popular in a short time, because of its high efficiency. The new science just arrived at Hungary.

What is Mentoring? PSYCHOTHERAPEUTIC TRENDS: What is Psychotherapy? Gestalt. TA (Transactional Analysis). Gordon. Psychodrama. NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming). Emotional Intelligence. Assertiveness. Supervision. Based on my own approach of coaching I investigate the following: What is Coaching? 1. Who have “discovered” coaching? 2. Coaching types - business coaching; 3. Coaching is not consulting; 4. The language of coaching; 5. Coaches in the corporate sector, abroad and in Hungary. 6. Competitive spirit, performance motivation in Hungary.
