The Pillars of Success Accountability

Build a solid foundation for your success. Gather knowledge. Study with an expert. Be passionate about being the best you can possibly be. It's all about your competitive edge. Knowledge is your foundation. Life is about constant and never ending improvement.

Visibility

Thanks to the internet / world-wide web, anyone can build their profile and position themselves for greater success. Clients find me using keywords typed in to their search engine of choice. Many results are displayed and the potential clients make their decision to buy or not to buy based on what they read, what they see and what t hey feel. Their reaction is instant and spontaneous. The future of the internet is video and the future is happening now.

Credibility

Build a consistent brand. This is the decade of personal and professional branding. Everything you say and do works to enhance your personal brand or tarnish your personal brand. Consistency is the key.

Profitability

Profit is one indication of success. Other indications are the wonderful letters and notes I receive from clients. Profit builds security and opens the doors to freedom. Freedom to live in abundance. Freedom to travel and learn about other cultures. Freedom to rescue abandoned animals. Freedom to assist children in less privileged countries and freedom to follow your dreams and live your passions.

Don't settle for average. Get up, dress up and show up. People are looking for leaders. Dream big. If it is going to happen, it is up to you!

Unfortunately, sales businesses have a really high attrition rate. From car salesmen to real estate or insurance agents, anywhere from 60-80% (depending on the chosen market) fail and quit without ever making a single sale. Since most people think of MLM as a sales business, it's no wonder the attrition rate is that high or higher. The fact is, MLM is NOT a sales business. It's a PEOPLE business, or more specifically, a Coaching and mentoring business. As for an example, I do have one, as you would expect. But, rather than pitching my company here, I would suggest learning the basics of what makes a successful mlm company. A mentor of mine, Michael Dlouhy developed the 5 Pillars to Network Marketing. If the company has all 5 pillars, you can almost guarantee success. If not, the chances are not good. Michael developed this over 20 years ago. He knew MLM could work, but had no luck himself. SO, he joined over 100 companies in under 2 years just so he could compare and see what worked, and what didn't. Bottom line, you need a 5 pillars company if you hope to be successful. Bill
