Manifesting Your Revenue Goal

I love money. I mean I really love it. I love making it and I love spending it. I even like paying my monthly bills. Money makes me happy. And when we talk about how the Laws of Manifestation work, happiness attracts money. It’s a beautiful circle.

Not everyone feels this way. Some people don’t want to deal with money. You may be one of those people who has a love/hate relationship with it. Worse yet is when money is a trigger for stress.

No matter what your current dance is with money, one thing is clear. If you want to increase your profits this year, something has to change. Even if you’re one of those people that consistently up levels your income, you still have to shift your wealth set point to get that money in your bank account.

Because I am fascinated by what it takes to manifest more money, I’m always looking for new ways to coach myself and my clients to get aligned with prosperity. But no matter how many new ways the experts explain the dos and don’ts of attracting more money, it always come down to the same thing.

A decision has to be made.

That’s really it in a nutshell. If you want to manifest your revenue goal this year, choose a target that you can truly get behind, mentally and emotionally. As I sit here and write this, I’m very aware that I have not yet made a concrete decision to make my revenue goal manifest this year.

I’ve been flirting with it. I’ve been talking about it, practicing new ways of being in relationship to money and very focused on increasing my revenue, but…I have not made that darn decision. The number I was going for was in the seven figure arena. It’s a bigger increase than I have ever gone for before. I’ve been seeing it as a probability in the next couple of years.

Yet, none of those reasons could possibly factor into my outcome unless I make a decision to get that ultimate goal. I’m sharing all of this with you because it’s the same process for anyone who wants to make more money. I’m truly a small player when it comes to allowing in revenue when compared to so many others in this world of business. However, I do know that every year I increase my revenue using a decision as my pivot point.

We all have our justifications for why it’s hard to make more money when we have fear rearing its ugly head. Things like, “I can’t find the right team members. I don’t have enough time. I don’t know how to grow my business. I hate marketing.” Whatever. It’s all a bunch of malarkey in the scheme of things.

And just because it’s possible to go for a BIG number, it’s okay to start with a smaller number if you can make "a" solid decision and "100% " be behind "that number". There is no shame in that at all. You have to go at your own pace when increasing your revenue. However, do keep stretching yourself into more exciting targets. You have to keep it compelling.

Universal Laws and logic both support the decision making process. When you decide to do or experience something you set a chain reaction in motion. You begin planning for it. You get excited when you think about what you will be experiencing in the near future.

You be, think and act differently after a concrete decision is made to have that revenue goal..now. The results are inevitably success. You attract everything you need from that point forward to attract money into your world.

The details work themselves out.

I think I just talked myself into a decision. ;-)

hiring an employee hiring an employee - You may want to consider contracting out instead of actually hiring. Some factors to think about if you hire someone as an employee and you put them on payroll you will be required to pay CPP and EI, as well as deducting CPP, EI and Taxes from their paycheck and remitting them to Revenue Canada. So you will need to 1. Register with Revenue Canada so you can make the remittenances 2. make sure you keep really good track of these deductions 3. it you don't have the time to do payroll you may need to hire a bookkeeper. or you could contract out the hours that you would need an assistant. The would be able to work from their space or your office. There is another option that you might want to consider some of the community centers offers training programs for new immigrants or anyone wish to change professions some of these programs require that they offer their services for 6 or 8 weeks (no charge to the employer). If you need someone short term this may help you and provide extra training for someone else. Microskills is one of the Community Centers that offer such programs. they train customer service personal, bookkeepers.

For anyone else who has problems with this process, simply follow these instructions courtesy of magnify.net and make sure you have created your Adsense Account and it has been approved. To create a [i:1b5dm29n]new channel[/i:1b5dm29n], go the main AdSense web site, login and click "AdSense Setup", then "Channels", then "Add new custom channels".
