POOF! Health Issues Gone

I truly believe that health issues can be gone as quick as you can say "POOF!" I have story after story of ordinary people experiencing extraordinary results with their health that I could show you as proof .

I think perfect health is MUCH easier to attain than money. Most people were born into this world with perfect health. They have already experienced it and therefore can tap back into those memory cells. Even those people born with health issues may attain a body that totally supports them in whatever way they desire.

As always, you must decide that you will have the health and body you want. You can't make any movement toward healing until you've truly made that choice. You can't have success with a wishy washy focus!

There are only a few things you need to remember after you make your decision.

• This may take more than one try. It may take 100+ efforts, depending on how stubborn you are.

• Do not get hung up on the condition that your body is in now. This is only temporary.

• Every single person has the ability to change their health.

• Handle stress that you may be experiencing in your life, outside of your body. Your body is always responding to your thoughts. Repetitive stressful thoughts will always manifest themselves in your body.

• No matter what solutions you've heard about to repair your health, you must feel good about the way you choose to go about healing or losing weight.

• You are your best authority when it comes to what feels good to you. TRUST YOURSELF.

• There are no wrong decisions, only decisions that feel good. You can change your mind at any time. You are never stuck on any path.

• Get support that feels light, refreshing and powerful!

• Let go of any resistance, controlling, and figuring it out.
