America, I watch your progress into a new way of operating from the other side of the world - New Zealand. This might be a geographically small isolated country, but just appreciate that we get to see 'the first light of the new day'.
At University I studied your business theories and models but they were running out of relevance in today's new world. They were concieved in the 1950's, in an old fear based system. I worked with some of your larger corporations in the Middle East during the Gulf War where we lived for 6 years. I heard about the 'games' played with satellite photos and new war toys, from people close to the strategy planning teams after a couple too many drinks in social settings. It is time for change.
I watch your new leaders emerging with a new message and I watch departing leaders have the wisdom and bravery to reflect on how it might have been done better. I watch the massive build-ups in energy coming through as hurricanes and tornadoes, just waiting to be rebalanced and channelled off into more constructive use.
You reading this are the ones who will step into a new way of operating. Here are 3 key steps: -
1. Set intentions (goals) for what is in your greatest good and what is best for others (I will expand on this).
2. Develop your understanding and trust of powerful, simple Universal Laws and principles that automatically respond to your intentions, lining up everything to make it happening.
3. Develop your understanding and abilities to follow the smartest, easiest and fastest route to getting what you intended.
This is basically the Conscious Co-creative process. Everyone has the potential to develop their ability to use this through Self-empowerment. It is why we are here.
Coming back to point 1 above. One of the biggest challenges and opportunities America has is to understand and use the power of 'balanced intentions'. For too long America has focussed on what is best for them, leaving out the key second part - what is also best for others.
The new way of operating will not tolerate this imbalance and will keep feeding back negative results until you get the principle. Once you understand you are in control of these results, then you change them. How long will you keep playing the old power and control games? How often will you need to get poor, negative results to decide to give the alternative a try?
Senior management and individuals with a powerful energy stream running, it is time for change. It is time to wake up and take your new place of leadership.
I challenge you - go back to step 1 and review your own intentions and those you collectively hold with your co-workers. Be honest, be clear and answer these questions: -
1. WHAT do I want?, and
2. WHY do I want it?
Improved clarity around your intentions is enough to set a whole new direction that is best for for you and everyone else involved.
- It is that simple.
- It is that powerful.
