Article Overview: The USA is undergoing a huge shift in its ability to create a better society, country and world. It starts in the home, in the workplace and centres of leadership. I applaud your bravery and would like to share my view from afar with the intent of assisting those wishing to make this transistion faster and smoother.

A Letter To America

America, I watch your progress into a new way of operating from the other side of the world - New Zealand. This might be a geographically small isolated country, but just appreciate that we get to see 'the first light of the new day'.

At University I studied your business theories and models but they were running out of relevance in today's new world. They were concieved in the 1950's, in an old fear based system. I worked with some of your larger corporations in the Middle East during the Gulf War where we lived for 6 years. I heard about the 'games' played with satellite photos and new war toys, from people close to the strategy planning teams after a couple too many drinks in social settings. It is time for change.

I watch your new leaders emerging with a new message and I watch departing leaders have the wisdom and bravery to reflect on how it might have been done better. I watch the massive build-ups in energy coming through as hurricanes and tornadoes, just waiting to be rebalanced and channelled off into more constructive use.

You reading this are the ones who will step into a new way of operating. Here are 3 key steps: -

1. Set intentions (goals) for what is in your greatest good and what is best for others (I will expand on this).

2. Develop your understanding and trust of powerful, simple Universal Laws and principles that automatically respond to your intentions, lining up everything to make it happening.

3. Develop your understanding and abilities to follow the smartest, easiest and fastest route to getting what you intended.

This is basically the Conscious Co-creative process. Everyone has the potential to develop their ability to use this through Self-empowerment. It is why we are here.

Coming back to point 1 above. One of the biggest challenges and opportunities America has is to understand and use the power of 'balanced intentions'. For too long America has focussed on what is best for them, leaving out the key second part - what is also best for others.

The new way of operating will not tolerate this imbalance and will keep feeding back negative results until you get the principle. Once you understand you are in control of these results, then you change them. How long will you keep playing the old power and control games? How often will you need to get poor, negative results to decide to give the alternative a try?

Senior management and individuals with a powerful energy stream running, it is time for change. It is time to wake up and take your new place of leadership.

I challenge you - go back to step 1 and review your own intentions and those you collectively hold with your co-workers. Be honest, be clear and answer these questions: -

1. WHAT do I want?, and

2. WHY do I want it?

Improved clarity around your intentions is enough to set a whole new direction that is best for for you and everyone else involved.

- It is that simple.
- It is that powerful.

Received my first Letter of Interest, What now? - After blasting financial and VC firms with my executive summary, I have finally received my first Letter of Interest. I'm really excited that my work is finally starting to show results, but that makes me all the more cautious. The terms aren't very good, give up a little less than half of the company for less than a million dollars of funding. Money never sleeps - Money never sleeps. This is one of the good attributes of money. So when we are busy sleeping money still roams the atmosphere looking for whom we grab it. In Forex market, 3 thrillion dollars are been traded daily. When you are sleeping in America, the Australian are in business. This is why Bill Bates is one of the richest man in the world. As customers are sleeping in America, customers in other part of the world like Australia are still buying and downloading his software. The moral of this post is that,we should bo business that is on autopilot. Whether we sleeps or not money is been paid into our bank acount. Please share your thought on this.

General business value - Typically a general ball park value range can be calculated by figuring 3- 5 times the net earnings. With the 2007 year ending recently, if the top page of the 07 tax return is not available to give you official documentatin of that, you will have to go according to the P & L statements. Just make sure you get something in writing from the seller that states the P & L's will be reflective of the 07 tax returnwhen it is prepared. Either the seller or the buyer can bring a LOI (Letter of Intent) to the table outlining a deposit, refund policy and anything else that will protect them. I suggest having a lawyer draw up a LOI to ensure you are protected fully (as Hap hazzardly put together LOI could cause problems later on).
Important tips for online business - 1.Traffic. Without traffic, you have nothing. It is like having a store where nobody walks through the door. Without traffic, there is none to buy your product. 2. Your Sales Letter. This is where you sell your product. It is of vital importance that you have a sales letter that converts, and you should work on it continuously to increase conversion. Otherwise those prospects that you have got to your website will just leave and go somewhere else. 3. Your list! You should continuously be trying to build your list and your network. It is easier to convert a qualified prospect into a customer, and an existing customer in to a repeat customer. Hope this helps guys!
