Do Not Be Afraid to Take the Lead

You can empower yourself if you have the knowledge of who you really are and what your real purpose in life is. But it is also important that we touch the lives of other people in order for our lives to be more meaningful. You should get more out of your life. One way of accomplishing this is extending yourself to others who need help. This way, you are empowering others with your life.

But it is also important that you analyze first your self if you are really a source of empowerment to others. Are you noticing the words that you speak to other people? Are the words you speak empowering and encouraging others to be better individuals? Are you constantly looking for the best out of people or just simply notice insignificant things such as their weaknesses? Are you maintaining a good attitude? If you are a leader of your organization, your business or your household, it is your duty to create a harmonious working environment.

We all lead from where we are. In order to effectively empower other people, it is important that you take a role of leadership. The truth is all of us can be leaders in our own rights. It's just that not all of us are ready or just hesitant or afraid to take the responsibility to lead. There are several reasons why. It could be because of lack of confidence or self-belief, or simply because of fear. Again, we all lead from where we are. Are your words, your actions, your beliefs those of a leader? Do you engage the support of those around you? Are you motivating and energetic?

More importantly, are you making a difference to the world around you? Being influential also means to lead, to lead from where you are, and to have impact on not only those around you but on the world in which we live. It might sound like a big responsibility, it is, but I see the leader in you. I know you can do it. Get started today. Every good word, behavior or deed you do to others will make a lasting effect. These are acts of empowerment, but these can also empower you as well. So don't be afraid to lead, create a positive impact while reaping the rewards of self empowerment in doing so as well.

But, if these are your problems, I would suggest checking out Keith Ferrazzi's Never Eat Alone, and Guy Kawasaki's The Art of the Start, both of which provide great tactics for getting to that next level.

Re: Review My: Trump 4 President Site Re: Review My: Trump 4 President Site - Trent, Thanks a lot. I appreciate the comment about run win lead. I changed it to Will he Run-Win & Lead. It's kind of a tag line meaning of course, will he run first off. Will he win second. And then will he lead us out of the mess the countries in right now. It's also the name of my newsletter. But above that, it kind of gives an overview of what the site includes. I thought of using it since it has longer legs than just will he run etc. as even if he does and wins, that phrase will be relevant still. I know, I can't help myself with the SBI banners, LOL But 70+% of the public is interested in earning some income from home and I hope to have a bunch coming there who have their personal economy in mind and looking for answers etc.
Re: Review My: Trump 4 President Site Re: Review My: Trump 4 President Site - I think the site is great. You've done an amazing job already in the short time since you started it. The thing I would probably change right now is the SBI banners in the sidebar. They clutter it up a little too much and they have nothing to do with anything the site is about. I don't see any visitors caring about building a website. Another thing that has me baffled, and maybe I am just reading it wrong, but there is a line in the middle close to the top that says this... "Will He Run Win Lead?" That makes no sense to me. Is there supposed to be some punctuation in there or did you write it wrong and just haven't noticed to correct it? I don't know.
