Faith
Faith
Man sees God as man; God sees man as God. This quote depicts the constant conflict between our spiritual nature, which I call Soul and our human nature, which I call Ego. Many of us try to find success from our external self or Ego, while the power necessary for us to succeed can only be found within. We may find small quantities of success on the shirt tails of others but scraps from other's successes will not satisfy Soul. We were each made in the image and likeness of the creative energy of the cosmos, I call Universe. This power is unlimited and always available. Faith is the conduit from which this power flows. Too little faith or too vague a purpose all but separates us from the source of power, therefore the power is not available to us.
Purpose is found through meditation or inner focus. Our purpose is that which balances our talents, our assets and the prosperity of the planet and its people. A well balanced purpose leads us to our ultimate potential. Helping people find this balance is the main focus of my life coach practice. We must have faith in ourselves and the origination of all that we are. Great men have been declaring our need for faith since the beginning of time. But why have faith if we don't have purpose?
We are to come to God as children. This means we can only find our purpose through childlike wonder and awe. Wonder is why and awe is reverence. I have always wondered why but I have only recently learned to be in awe. Awe encompasses our purpose, which contain both our goals and an intricate set of plans toward creating our ultimate potential. My wonder is the cosmos and my awe is in the power from which all life comes, which I call Universe. I have sent my desires and fait out to the Universe for many years and I continue be in awe of both the power and my capacity to manifest that power.
Doubt is the opposite of faith. My doubt was the result of the Universe not answering my wonder in a way that was recognizable to my perception. My life without understanding of Universe eventually became pointless. In my grief and pain, I was forced to open my mind to all that the Universe was capable of and not what I could understand. I stopped thinking that I knew what was right and became open to the NOW. I look for truth to form my beliefs and not to conform to them. I can no longer use partial truths that I inherited from others. I now study all forms of spirituality looking for the similarity and not the differences. This allows me to see the truth in everything and accept the truths I choose.
I no longer see a Universe in a random manner. I see the clarity of Universal Law, the clarity of Science in wonder and awe. I no longer judge, I experience. All the judgment and punishment I have acquired came from my old misunderstanding of the Universe. There is truth in the statement, “Judge not and ye shall not be judged.” I understand that to be afraid of the Universe or any part of it is to be disrespectful in faith and trust. The cosmos has been intelectually designed with such an expanse that religion or science cannot conceive the vastness of it. The universe is perfect and wonderful and can only be corrupt through my negative perception through improper judgement.
Universal laws are in place and we cannot go against them. We have been given self-will as part of our spiritual heritage to be used unselfishly. All our personal success must be congruent with the Power of the Universe. This unlimited power can just as easily be used toward our own self-destruction as create our ultimate potential. I personally have tried it both ways and I prefer working with the Universe instead of against it.
The Universe's job is to give us our heart’s desire, therefore what we perceive we are granted. It is also good to remember that all thoughts are prayers so be careful what thoughts you ponder. Pure thoughts of love, tolerance, patience, gratitude, etc. guarantee our success and happiness. Thoughts of fear, worry and doubt are equally granted. We must improve our faith if we are to improve our fait. The level of our faith increases or decreases our ability to manifest a successful reality. And as always remember...
