Some businesses are in a distraction mode. Can you create more sales for your business? Can you really double your sales this year?

What is the right time management system for your company? Many programs claim to be the best. As a business professional, what do I look for in a time management system?

• Find a system that will have your create your end results, meaning what do you want to accomplish at the end of the year in sales.
• Find a program that focus on the (why) meaning the purpose. Business professionals need leverage in order to produce results for their company.
• Find a time management system that have a competent of a game plan, and work that plan out 365 days per year.
• Find a system that focuses on serving others, and not only on money.
• Find a system that helps you prioritize your most important task in order, and how long it will take for that task.
• Find a system that focuses on being proactive, rather than reactive.
• Find a program which will demand for people to make a real decision to create the change that must take place in his or her company.
• Find a program which focus on the DMO, meaning the daily method of operation. For example how am I going to get my product or service out to as many people as possible?
• Find a program that will demand people to raise their standards, and turn their should into MUST.
• Find a program which motivates you “act as if” meaning create a sense of excitement for already having your outcome NOW!

In conclusion: We have many steps to look at in an outstanding time management system.
1. Do the most important this first, so make a list of three to fours task to accomplish.
2. Plan how long each task will take.
3. Find out who will perform the task and why?
4. Focus on the difficult projects first.
5. Create a game plan and schedule it.
6. Create a desire to serve others in the highest way.
7. Act as if: Act like you have your goal on a daily basis.

Re: Increasing sales for online retailers Re: Increasing sales for online retailers - Hi, I am sure many people do use an inventory manager for marketing purposes. Most of our clients take advantage of this feature for inventory management purposes. Where it gets really tricky is when an online retailer needs an online inventory management system integrated with an offline inventory management system. If anyone knows any solutions please list.
Franchise Choice Franchise Choice - I would: .Spend time evaluating what my passions in life were and how i could take more time to be doing those things - work or social or family .spend time evaluating what would help me get to where i wanted to be - not concentrating on moving away from something i.e a job . Look at what skills I have and where i needed training i.e sales.business management/retail management e.t.c - what ever is needed. I would then invest in myself and acquire those skills on the open market from reputable training providers . Set up my own business doing something i loved . Invest the money saved into me, sales and marketing and mentoring from succesful people who had done what i was trying to do.

Re: Email Marketing, Permission Based Re: Email Marketing, Permission Based - [quote="topeyinka":c0jwwo97]Thanks for this great informative post. I agreed with you on "email marketing" as one of the best internet marketing. And using double - opt -in will definitely help in email marketing. If we keep looking at the way spammers do send mail, one may say that days of "email marketing" are numbered but with double opt in, I think "email marketing" will still continue to work. Cheers![/quote:c0jwwo97] Offering a strategic mailing system and high quality content is much more important to me than a double opt in option. Offering something of value and not overloading your mailings is a long term plan to use email marketing effectively. A double opt in is over in the beginning - nothing long term and ongoing. I'd prefer opting in once and give me the option to opt out if the content isn't good enough. Shri
Re: What is your worst / best month? Re: What is your worst / best month? - Thanks for sharing this Evan. I don't keep tack of this but all I notice about my sales was that my sales double in the month of May and it went back to normal in the following month and I don't know what was responsible for that
