How to Untangle Your Energy to Manifest Greater Business Success

Sharon: My intention today is really to serve you all in the highest possible way, to really assist you in moving forward in ways that feel joyful, easy and effortless, and really just to allow in a great sense of magnetic energy for you to attract all that you desire. You know we talked about this really being our group coaching experience and I really want to be here to assist you in activating that ability for you to really interface with your coach and to really do that in a more practical way. So what I would really recommend you all do is that you allow yourself right now to just bring forth an intention and just write it down; something that you want to activate in yourself, some essence, the inner intention, a way you want to feel. That’s an inner intention then something at an outer level. Maybe you’re working on a particular project that you’d like some assistance on; just one thing that as we have this energy grid opened up here, that we can activate. And I will just take a moment right now for all of us to just bring it into our mind or write that down; our inner and outer intention.

Ok for the people who have been on our call before and Hannah this is what we do on our call it’s
basically the whole group is coaching each other. Because we’re together they’re going to hold the
energy. They’re really going to see and feel you as you want to be. Now the way you want to be is
clear. You want to be doing this work in a way that feels wonderful for you. That’s what you want to
experience. They’re going to hold that for you because we’re going to help you make a vibrational shift so you can take a next action. That’s really what, in my opinion, what the kind of coaching that I do is really about. It’s helping you to make a small vibrational shift so you can have access on making a next action.

If we can get you to take a next action towards this vision that you’re wanting to create and we can keep managing that energy and taking next actions before you know you’ll have accomplished the goal. So I’m actually going to give you a process here today that can help you in a bigger perspective ok? That’s one of the things that we’ll do here today. Right now Hannah is tangled up energy right?

Students: Yes.

Sharon: Hannah, can you even feel yourself? Should I do it? Should I spend more time? I’m not sure.
Is this like winning the lottery? But can you feel that back and forth energy?

Hannah: Yeah, I don’t think of it that way but the back and forth is kind of like that I guess.

Sharon: We call it tangled energy. That’s what I’m going to use as reference. It’s energy that is
tangled up and what we want to do is begin to start detangling it. Does that make sense?

Hannah: Yes.

Sharon: So the first thing I want to say to you is would it be OK if we don’t solve this today?

Hannah: If we don’t? It would be more than OK.

Sharon: Because this isn’t something that is going to get solved in this one coaching experience. So
that’s the first thing Hannah. Now I want you to notice that the first thing is just to be OK with the fact that this isn’t going to get solved today. What we want to do and our objective is just to help you make a small vibrational shift around this so that you can have some greater clarity and you can begin to start moving more towards what you want OK? That’s going to be what our goal is today.

All right so when you think about becoming a professional musician there are all kinds of things that pop up about what you don’t want to experience and how you don’t want to feel on the way to doing it. What I like to do is let’s just surface that up because it’s there anyways. If we really can just bring it up what we can do is begin to start helping that energy dissipate and we can activate something else. So tell me a little bit about what comes up for you when you think about becoming a professional musician; all of that professional talk and what don’t you want to experience, what don’t you want to feel. We’re going to start with what you don’t want and what you don’t want to feel?

So far your categories are audience, sort of your target audience, your listeners, your fans. The other is sort of management; people around you beyond the management. Those people you interface with. There is the whole idea of your image. There is the idea of the end product that you produce and the quality that you want that is very heart felt. But you think of those sort of in categories. Just sort of break that down. So far that’s what we have is categories. I think another category for you might be time; the amount of time perhaps. Are you the kind of person that doesn’t want to travel a lot or you don’t want to go out on tours for years at a time? Those are things to surface up because you can create this vision, this life any way you want to but we want to get real clear. And if you get clear on what you don’t want and how you don’t want to feel then you naturally start moving towards what you do want.

My sense is that this is really moving you into this place of becoming more and more a reality
and you’re thinking about what it would ideally look like. What would this dream look like if it were really real? You’re picking the nuances. What I want to do with you now is create what we call an order form and what an order form does, I’m going to give you some categories and we did this with Kate a little bit last week but I want to go into some more detail. I’m going to give you some categories. I’m going to ask you to write them down. Take a piece of paper and make it landscape. So it’s like a picture. Not straight down.

The first column is components of what I want. I’ll let everybody write these down too. The next part is why do I want it. The third is what thoughts or beliefs will I think when I have it. And the next one is how will this make me feel. The next one is how will others feel. You’ll see a real powerful connection here. The next column is inspired next actions.

Hannah: I tensed up at that one.

Sharon: That’s OK. That is the last column and we’ll talk about that at the end. That will come about after this whole thing is complete. We’re not going to come the whole way across to next actions on every one of these. The action will become very clear to you just like it did to Kate when Kate went through this process. You’ll have to trust me a little bit on this process. The next thing I want you to look at is when we were going through this process we talked about some components. Some overall components came up of things that you don’t want. What was one of those components?

Hannah: Self-doubt.

Sharon: Yeah but go back to your page...

Hannah: Money.

Sharon: Money was one but when were just talking about it just now...

Hannah: Partners.

Sharon: So let’s talk about management first OK. That was one of the first ones. OK so management.
So if you think about this as sort of a pizza. I’m going to try and give you a sense of it like pizza. Think of a pizza and a pizza has all of these things on top of it. You’ve got cheese, pepperoni, anchovies, onions, or whatever. They’re pieces, components, ingredients. When you do an order form to the universe you want to do it the same way where you’ve got the components. This is the part that can be tricky when you’re doing your don’t wants you’ve got to categorize them into don’t wants. We were doing that. Management was one, image was another, and audience was another. We had your own confidence as another; self-confidence right. So then what you’re going to do is you’re going to take the information from that from those categories and we’re really going to be clear on what we do want OK?

So let’s do a couple of these and then I’m going to send you back to do the rest of it for you to play with but then we’ll talk about this process. We’ll do enough so that you can get a shift on this. The first one is management. So we’re going to write down management. So what is it that you want in a manager?

Hannah: The first word that came up is altruism which is hysterical for a manager.

Sharon: Why? I have a client who works with Bono and he’s one of the most altruistic people there is
and that’s an industry that puts on concerts. Would you agree? He does amazing humanitarian efforts.
So those kinds of people are out there. You just need to attract them to you. This is where you get
really clear on what you want. You don’t have to go out there and make it work with managers that are not altruistic. You get to ask for what you want. So this is your ‘order form’ to the universe. So what you’re going to put as your components is a manager, so the component in that section is going to be a manager who is altruistic and who is committed to the end product being high quality. Now would you change that at all? You can amp that up a little bit.

Hannah: I love the phrase high quality.

Sharon: So think about why you want a manager. I just want you to put yourself there. Why you want
a manager that is altruistic and is concerned with the end being high quality. Well one of the things you said is because I want to produce a high quality product, because I want to work with someone who is not just in it for the money, because I want to feel good working with someone that is a match to my values right? Can you feel that thought? That’s powerful. That’s the why. Now what thoughts or beliefs will you think when you have that as a reality? When you’ve got that manager right in front of you right now, I want you to put yourself there right now and you’re emailing me and saying hey Sharon remember when you coached me on that call? I’ve got this great manager and it’s everything that I asked for because the group is holding that right now seeing and feeling you having a manager who is attracted to you saying you’re an answer to their prayers and they are to yours. So what will be the thoughts or beliefs when you have that? What would need to be activated in you?

Hannah: I’m sorry?

Sharon: If you had that manager what would need to be the thoughts or beliefs you must have
activated in you to have attracted that?

Hannah: Oh that’s interesting. Well that it’s possible. I really am good.

Sharon: Is that what you would believe about yourself, that you’re really good?

Hannah: Yes! I mean that’s what I would feel if it did happen. I would feel like I really belong to the universe. That I’m worthy! Wow what a feeling I have in my body right now like I’m there right now!

Sharon: Good. Tell me a little bit about what’s been the value of the process so far. We haven’t even gotten through the whole thing. I’m going to send you back and play with it some more. We’ll e-coach you over email. Tell me what the value is about the process so far.

Hannah: First of all the clarity about what I don’t want. That was very freeing and it’s like there was all this dirt that I didn’t see and now...but you feel it. You’re afraid to look. I can’t get to it or whatever. Then you set your mind to like Ok I’m going to do it and then get to cleaning and then you get it cleaned because you put energy into do that instead of avoiding it. But then this part of the process with the categories is just...I mean I don’t know maybe it’s just you but you know just your commitment that....no commitment but your...it’s kind of like you’re sure that these things are possible, that these realities are...you make them sound not like pipe dreams. They don’t sound like fluff. Not like oh that would be nice but like that they really are viable possibilities. The way someone would talk about ‘do you want to go to the movies’. What time? Instead of like oh wouldn’t it be nice to go to the movies. Oh I love the movies. Oh the movies are wonderful and all this stuff but you never get around to...you’re not talking about actually going to see a movie.

Sharon: Right. So if you remember when we first started coaching one of the things you said was this
really feels like a pipe dream, like winning the lottery but now you’re saying that you’ve made a shift just in a very short part of the process that you’ve already started to make a shift to it’s feeling more doable, more like it’s...

Hannah: I’m at the threshold of that. I hate to tell you this but you’ll probably understand this but when we hang up I don’t want to anticipate it but I’m pretty sure, you know what I mean, like go off into thin air. It’s your support.

Sharon: But here’s how we’re going to hold you accountable. You’re going to send me an email at
Sharon@coachingfromspirit.com and then I’m going to send you the full chart and then you’re going to
commit to me that you’re going to finish this process and I’m going to coach you on email and if I have to get you on the phone I will but we’re going to get this completed for you and you’re going to start moving towards this vision and you’re going to have some actions that you’re going to be excited about taking. And that’s exciting isn’t it?

Hannah: Absolutely.

Sharon: I’ll help her be accountable so that she can see that yes she absolutely can activate this and she can attract what she wants. But we’re going to take baby steps on that. For Hannah the first thing was help her make a small, little vibrational shift right. And my sense is Hannah that you made a pretty significant vibrational shift. But that was our goal. Remember I said we’re not going to solve it all. You agreed but I said what we will hold as an intention is that we make a shift, a small shift, help you make your own shift so that then we can allow a plan to really emerge. That’s what the order form ultimately will do is create a plan because it will create a series of actions. Once you’re complete with the order form then you want to go through and find what the next actions are that you could be taking. It really literally could be for the first part is really getting clear on what you want. I mean I’ve used this process of attracting perfect housekeepers and ideal personal trainers, whatever, creating a birthday party for my daughter. It really can be used for anything. It’s really wonderful because you get very, very clear and then you move yourself into taking action. So it’s not just wishing and hoping. You then moved into a place of taking action. You feel good and excited about taking action.

Hannah: You can take effective action and you’re not just doing things without knowing.

Sharon: Exactly. Most of the time when people don’t take action the issue is that they’ve got these
energies that are tangled up and so it’s not really your fault that you’re not taking any action and I say to people don’t beat up on yourself because you’re not taking action. We just need to get to the root of that and start to detangle that energy and then action becomes joyful.
