The wage gap is in the news again. Now the Supreme Court seems to believe that women should realize within the first 180 days that they have been discriminated against. I guess during your first six months on the job you are expected to meet and greet people by asking to review their pay stubs. If that doesn't work, you could stay late and break into the payroll office and find out the real scoop. If that fails, you can meet with your boss and ask him directly if you are being paid fairly and watch for the sweat to bead up on his upper lip. Finally, if none of these options work: Quit your job, start your own company and follow the lead of millions of other women across the country.
