So what can you do to bring some perspective to your worries? First, realize you are not alone. Find someone to share your concerns with and escape the feeling of isolation. Second, understand that not everything is in your control. Relax and work with what life brings you. Finally, keep a journal of those late night worries and check back regularly to see how time and a new day have a way of solving the problem.
