Women And Power

Last week Forbes release d its list of the Top 100 most powerful women in the worl d. The list inclu de d women in government positions, corporate lea ders, mostly corporate America, celebrities an d even authors.

As I rea d the list, I aske d myself what criteria I woul d use to create such a list. Clearly, wealth buys influence an d that combination equals power. In the case of political lea ders, one might say it is the position itself that reflects power as that in divi dual has the opportunity to speak for so many.

Two types of power, when use d appropriately, have the ability to change the way we all live. Many on the list alrea dy are recognize d as change agents.

Ask yourself how you can use your power – you have it, now use it!
