Thinking Inside the Box

Can't Let Go of Control

Because many entrepreneurs are so attached to the ideas they come up with, many of them insist on controlling every single aspect of the business building process. While the ideal scenario for an entrepreneur is to do the least amount of work possible while still achieving the highest level of results, they often have problems letting go and letting other people make some of the decisions. Business coaching will teach you how to stop insisting on controlling the minute details and show you that by doing so, you are wasting valuable money and time.

Must Do Everything Yourself

If you can't let go of the decision making processes, you have probably started doing everything yourself. This is one of the major reasons that business coaching is a great idea. Your business coach will teach you how to properly delegate tasks and will show you just how not delegating in the past has hurt you.

Problems Focusing on the Task at Hand

Their ADD often keeps them from being able to organize their thoughts and activities and impedes their ability to stay focused on the tasks at hand. Inappropriate Relationships

It has been proven that people who grew up in dysfunctional families often replicate those dysfunctional relationships in the workplace. Experts in business coaching maintain that these dysfunctional relationships are one of the major reasons that many entrepreneurs fail to take their brilliant ideas any further than the idea stage. Unhealthy relationships with the people in their business support network (employees, clients, business partners) keep them from moving forward.

CEOs and Email - Slaves? - I wonder if the emails they are responding to are filtered thru their assistants first 'cos they seem to spend a lot of their off hours responding to them. True they are successful but I'm not sure I'd be willing to pay that price. I'd be interested to know what's the in the typical day planner of Entrepreneurs on the Forum. Entrepreneurs are a different breed than Paid Employees- so it would be interesting to view the contrast.
