Inspiring Generation Y
It just gets better and better! What you might notice about working and dealing with Generation Y people is that their idea of balance in life is unique and different! The baby boomer aspires for balance in managing a successful career or running a business with family and recreation. Even generation X's love the idea but tend to get immersed in career. At times family and what we love to do tends to take a back seat.
But Generation y's simply force the issue! They make demands upon employers by asking for more money as well as involvement in planning and decision making. They expect to be regularly communicated with and have an active participation. They want a workplace community, to be better trained, and when a great opportunity arises they leave!
But a different approach will get great results with generation y's who will one day rule the world! And well trained, inspired and involved generation y's will in time become your greatest asset. st gets better and better!
