Last Friday, I was talking to a platinum mastermind client making a shift in his success habits and behaviors. I shared my step-by-step directions to solidifying affirmations in the mind.
As a student of Bob Proctor, I've learned that you can completely change your reality by changing your subconscious mind. And one of the best ways to change the mind is to use believable affirmations. Thoughts that can be believed as the truth. As Bob would say, "The truth will set you free."
You may be asking... how do you change what you don't want and still make your affirmations true?
Well, today, I am going to share the REAL SECRET to creating affirmations that work.
1. Create affirmations using words such as... "greater, more, receiving, thinner, and/or open to" to state the truth about what we are magnetizing to us.
Some examples include...
For those looking for clarity:
"I am open to receiving ideas, opportunities and clarity in regards to my business."
For those wanting to create more wealth:
"Every day I am attracting more and more wealth."
For those wanting to drawn their vision to them:
"I see ___ and I am attracting it to me."
2. Only use sentences and words that resonante with you emotionally.
3. Repetition is the key.
4. Hand write affirmation at least 16 times daily before bed or after you wake up when your mind is open to suggestion.
5. Meditate on simple affirmations with a mala 108 times daily. For example ... "I'm enough", "I seek clarity", "I'm present and at peace" etc.
