* The ability to produce results * Ability to take risks and do so in a calculated way * Enjoyment of the ride * Negotiation and compromise * Exacting and exhaustive mentality * Sense of Urgency * Resilience after Failure * Alertness * Leadership * Stress management * Persistence * Confidence * The ability to reflect and improve * The ability to think strategically
