Proposing Corporate Ethics Standards (CES) Similar to International Standardization Organization (ISO) 9000!
The unfortunate so called “Business Ethics” being referred to as an oxy-moron has discouraged many management experts. However, using the same concepts that made ISO 9000 an accepted world-wide standard, Ethics in Management can follow the same example.

As early as 1940s and until recent times, many organization experts and scientists followed a highly systematic, checklist like knowledge and process known as OD and OB. The Global Financial Crisis (GFS) which resulted in almost collapse of the banking systems in the USA as well as Europe has mandated that new management technology is desperately needed. Faltering of once “Too Big to Fall” Corporate concepts and astronomic misery index combined with record unemployment are some major justifications that POS alone, or in some combination with OD/OB will be by far more powerful remedy.
