I am currently a coach at my workplace and enjoying it. What are some simple things that I can work on to become a better coach? Here's what the Coach says...

Doing coaching research and education or learning through networking with other coaches is a good method. One other thing I find very effective is to increase your self-awareness as a coach through self-observation. Set aside time to reflect on your performance and ask yourself some soul-searching questions. You will be surprised how much you will discover about your performance and through it get some good ideas and solutions that will make you better each time.

Powerful Questions:

What are you learning about yourself and others in your coaching?
What do you find difficult when coaching?
What moments make you enjoy coaching?
What does that tell about you?
What are your beliefs that are being tested?
How are you role modeling those qualities that you are asking from them?
