Successful Business Plans
The Situation...
I am the Chief Executive Officer of a retail company. Every year, we list our business plans, company goals, etc., but most of the time we do not meet them. How can we make our Business Plans work?
The Coach's Response ...
Realistically, it is you who can make it happen. Your job is not only to write and communicate the business mission or plan of your company. You have to take it over the line until it becomes what the company wants to be.
You have to show them the way and the building blocks until it prevails in the work environment.
You will then instill in your people the meaning of accountability and ownership.
Powerful Question ...
- What are you unhappy about?
- What can you commit to make your business vision and plans become a reality?
- What are you prepared to do to breathe life into them?
- What will you do to be on top of things in your organization?
