Create Leaders for Business Sustainability

Is your business not growing as quickly as you like? The answer may lie in your leadership. Leadership is about the processes that do or not exist in your organization which ensure that everyoneaccomplishes whatthey aresupposed to accomplish. (Mutchler/Martin- Failsafe Leadership) Leadership in sustainable organizations is about results.

Do you experience any of the following symptoms:

-Lack of personal accountability

-Communication problems

-Time management problems

-Poor attitudes

-Lack of sales

-Ineffective or under-performing teams.

A Doctor would not treat just your symptoms. And neither should you. If the root cause of the issue is processes or leadership, than fixing this is where the answer lies.

If you want a business that will not only survive but will thrive in today's business world, you may want to consider looking at a leader is someone who follows certain procedures to achieve a desired result. This makes everyone in your organization a leader.

What needs to happen first is to define the results that you want. Each person needs to know clearly what is expected. And then develop processes to follow to achieve those results.

Can you see how having everyone from the top down focusing on desired results can help your organization accomplish what it wants? It really is a common sense approach to developing organizations. This may require a shift in your organizations culture which isn't easy. You may need some assistance here. An objective third party may be able to help.

Start today to gain clarity on the results that you want. And then make the achievement of those results your sole focus. This is a powerful first step towards being a sustainable business.
