So, what you are really looking for in a business like this is, a fairly simple business plan, that ability to make a lot of money and a support group that will help make your business a success. When you are looking into any sort of business venture, you don’t want it to be so complicated that you will have to send months or years learning how to make your business a success. You should be looking for some kind of business that is very straight forward and easy to understand. You also should be looking for something that will run on its own and keep generating income for years to come. The next piece in the puzzle that you should be looking for in a new business venture is a business with the ability to make you a lot of money. Why work at something that does not have the capability to get you to your retirement goals early. You want a business that has a proven track record and has a product that people will buy. You also want to make big commissions right away. You want to find a business that has people making a lot of money already, proving to you that the money will be worth your time and effort. The last thing that you should be looking for in a new business is a support group. You will have questions. You will have concerns. Your want to be sure that your new business venture is not just going to throw you to the wolves. You need a support group of people who have been there and want you to succeed. This is very important! When you a hit a bump in the road to financial success, you want to be sure and have people that will help get you through the tough spots. In conclusion, when you are looking for the top online marketing businesses, you should concentrate on finding one that is simple to learn and operate, makes lots of money and has a great support group. I don't want the site to be just about offline businesses going online. I want to offer services for businesses already online and other websites that are looking for marketing work. Here are some good keywords I came up with: web marketing services internet marketing help website marketing services online marketing service I haven't checked domain availability against any of these, but these would seem to fit my overall purpose of the site. I'm half partial to "internet marketing help" for some reason. Don't know what you all think about it, but I'm open to any and all suggestions. Thanks!
Online vs. Offline Marketing - I think it really depends on your business model. For example, for my company I do mostly online marketing. It's the most cost effective way to create awareness and I have a way to monetize the traffic. It's hard to run a website based business without online marketing. I have done some offline marketing in the form of media interviews, seminars, conferences, etc. but the results pale in comparison to what I can generate online. There are also many successful offline businesses that don't use any online marketing efforts. Depending on your business model sometimes referrals are the best way to grow as supposed to web marketing. I think it's hard to find a business that could not benefit from both online and marketing efforts but depending on your business model (and the personality of the owner) most entrepreneurs typically skew towards one over the other.

Re: Offline Marketing V/S Online Marketing - If we think of product promotion, the online marketing turns out to be better than the offline marketing. The online marketing is not only economical than the offline marketing but also faster than that. Product promotion to the magnitude of what can be achieved through the online marketing can be very expensive and time consuming if tried to be achieved through offline marketing.

I've never understood the legalities surrounding MLM businesses but I know many find great success in its system. It can be a good starting point for people with interest in online businesses. It really forces you to learn, practice, and evaluate internet marketing strategies, personal development, and generating sales leads.
