What are wealth generation opportunities?
What are wealth generation opportunities?
First, let's ask a few questions about why wealth generation opportunities are attractive right now. They usually give you the ability to work from home, make some money and be your own boss. These seem like really good things, yes? But wealth generation opportunities can present some very real problems. Where do you start? How do you know what to do? How do you know if you will get paid? These are some of the problems facing wealth generation opportunities. So, what you are really looking for in a business like this is, a fairly simple business plan, that ability to make a lot of money and a support group that will help make your business a success.
When you are looking into any sort of business venture, you don't want it to be so complicated that you will have to send months or years learning how to make your business a success. You should be looking for some kind of business that is very straight forward and easy to understand. You also should be looking for something that will run on its own and keep generating income for years to come.
The next piece in the puzzle that you should be looking for in a new business venture is a business with the ability to make you a lot of money. Why work at something that does not have the capability to get you to your retirement goals early. You want a business that has a proven track record and has a product that people will buy. You also want to make big commissions right away. You want to find a business that has people making a lot of money already, proving to you that the money will be worth your time and effort.
The last thing that you should be looking for in a new business is a support group. You will have questions. You will have concerns. Your want to be sure that your new business venture is not just going to throw you to the wolves. You need a support group of people who have been there and want you to succeed. This is very important! When you a hit a bump in the road to financial success, you want to be sure and have people that will help get you through the tough spots.
In conclusion, when you are looking for wealth generation opportunities, you should concentrate on finding one that is simple to learn and operate, makes lots of money and has a great support group.

Re: Kevin's Case Study #6 - Marketing an information resource?
- Hey Sebastian,
Congrats are starting to think beyond whats currently being done. My question is why do you want to get away from lead generation if that is where you make your money. What if you just because THE SOURCE for lead generation and high value content/information? Then you'd get more business because franchisors would HAVE to be listed with you....

Re: Are you really happy?
- Great post Yinka and excellent responses too. It can be difficult to quantify happiness but I tend to agree with Michelle that it comes from within. In the village where I live there are a wide cross section of people from all backgrounds and levels of prosperity.
There are some second or third generation people who have inherited wealth and wouldn’t even look at you unless you are wealthy too so they tend to live in their own little packs oblivious to the fact that the rest of the village see them for the shallow people that they are.
We have a saying that some people know the price of everything but the value of nothing and the above people are no doubt happy in their own world so if you are happy in yours then great !!!
regards,
Mal.
We are more richer today than the generations before us
- We are more blessed today than the generation before us. We are richer today than the generation before us. We have chances of making more money today than the generation before us. Few yeas ago the Internet started and more millionaires had been made on the net than the years before. In the days of old you need capital or connection to be rich, nowadays a kid with an idea and few dollars can be a billionaire within a few years. If in doubt ask Mark the creator of Facebook, he started Facebook with just $200. Alex Tew started with nothing. David Yang and Filo the Yahoo guys started with nothing. They are also billionaire today.
Bill Gate said the next generations of millionaires are going to be made on the Internet. Google had made thousands of people millionaires just for advertising on it. Clickbank had paid affiliates more than a billion dollars. Yours truly had made thousands of dollars on the internet. I am looking for the time I will make my first million dollars on the net. And don’t think it is going to be long. I will keep you posted. Are we not blessed in this generation?

- [quote="Evan":3ndb7usp]Hi Sebastien,
I'm wondering about two things:
1) What is your current revenue model?
2) Why would franchise owners choose to sign up with you over the lead generation companies? Is there some kind of quality control certification that you could award them to say that they are a World Franchising certified franchise? I'm not clear on what benefits a company seeking to franchise would really get from your site beyond the lead generation component.[/quote:3ndb7usp]
Hello Evan,
1. We currently make money from what you may call lead generation. Franchisors pay us a fee to be on our websites and in our top seller franchise guides. We also generate money from other avenue; mostly by selling hard-to-get information about franchising (UFOCs, etc...)
2. That's exactly what I'm trying to answer.... I want to get away from the lead generation perception. I want to be seen as a good information resource, which we are. I have started to take the association angle and I am now looking to provide great benefits to our Members (used to be called clients). I think I'm on the right way. I made a lot of progress the last couple days.
