I don't know about you but I absolutely love my Blackberry Curve
cell phone. I have been a Blackberry fan for about a year now and I
can't see myself changing cell phone brands anytime soon. However the
last year the Research in Motion company (parent of Blackberry) has
seen some massive declines in it's stock. Some in part by the Recession
and for other reasons that I just can't comprehend now. This is why I
will briefly discuss how Blackberry's stock, which is now at $70, will
be back at it's pre 2008 level in the near future. This will be
propelled by the Blackberry phone sales, by its new Blackberry tour and
its expanding profit margins.
Seeing the stock increase
dramatically in the near future might seem like a tall tail but its
not because this company used to be a $200 stock. The first reason why
I see the stock being at its pre 2008 level is because of its sales of
its devices. The Blackberry brand is synonymous for being used by
corporate America but it's been branching out and reaching a new market
of average consumers who are thrilled about Blackberry. Having its
primary brands of the Curve, Tour, and Storm leading the way the
everyday consumer is really starting to pick up the devices for their
unique platforms and applications it provides.
It's latest phone
the Blackberry Tour is starting to pickup steam in the market because
of its sleek look and its user-friendly setup. I personally have a
Curve and I can't wait to upgrade to the Tour because I know it will be
reliable like my Curve but will be updated and will be more fun to play
with.
The last and biggest propeller of Blackberry stock will be
in its ability to grab market share and its ever-expanding profit
margins. This company has since seen its last two quarters increase in
sales and margins. The company is now looking at increasing its profit
margins into the thirty percent and higher range. That margin is huge
and is what I believe will bring this stock back to its pre 2008
level. The growing love for Blackberry devices, its new Tour and it's
margin increases will make this stock a must have I believe.
