The Conspiracy Against Your Money

There’s a conspiracy against your money happening every day in the boardrooms of corporate America and in the paneled offices of the federal government. It’s a deep-rooted plot, involving major players in both the public and private sector, and it’s as pervasive as rats in an abandoned building. The only difference is that it’s far more dangerous. And you are the target.

To be a little more precise, your money is actually the target, and whether you believe it or not, the conspirators are rapidly moving toward achieving their goal.

The conspiracy against your money is well underway.

The bad news is that you really can’t stop it. The good news is that you can at least protect yourself and your money. But only if you know how to do it.

Just for the record, I’m not an alarmist. I’m not prone to panic. I’ve worked as a senior television executive, and as a successful internet entrepreneur. I’m also smart enough to see what’s going on.

The conspiracy against your money is real.

It might-indeed it should-concern you to know that a lot of what’s going on in the economy isn’t being reported on the evening news. Intentionally.

It’s kind of like what you don’t know won’t hurt you. But it’s really a matter of what you don’t know you can’t do anything about. And right there is the conspiracy.

You might also be interested to know that every day the money in your retirement accounts is quietly being hijacked. If that makes you angry, it should.

Don’t want to believe that this is true? Take a look at your portfolio valuation in the months before the Great Recession. Then, take a look at them now. Is there a difference? Of course there is, and that is precisely my point.

Your money’s been hijacked.

From a financial perspective, these are some dangerous times. Experts predict that there is a $50 trillion transfer of wealth about to happen. The wealth will flow, like the Niagara River over the famous falls, from the uninformed, to the informed.

It will flow from those without a clue, to those who know what to do.

The key here is financial education. The key to beating the conspiracy against your money is knowledge. Knowledge is power. And today, financial knowledge, a solid financial education, is the most powerful kind.

The bottom line is that the financial industry exploits those who don’t know what’s going on. The financial power brokers of the world take complete advantage of those without a sound financial education.

Simply because they can.

There is no other way to describe it. In every sense of the word, it is truly a conspiracy against your money.

Security experts always say that crooks and criminals will also attack the easy targets. They’ll pass up a house with an alarm system in favor of one that’s unprotected. They’ll stay away from someone who is big and strong, in favor of someone who is small and weak.

The conspiracy against your money works the same way.

It can be beaten, if you know how to beat it. Your money can be protected, if you know how to protect it.

Again-knowledge is power. Especially when it comes to your money.

Make no mistake about it. The conspiracy against your money is real. It’s already cost you thousands of dollars. And it’s going to cost you a lot more, especially in the coming months.

Don’t let it happen to you.

Get the financial education that you need to counteract this pervasive financial threat. Protect yourself against the conspiracy against your money by becoming one of the informed. It’s something you can’t afford not to do.

Re: Which would you start: a Blog or Online Community? Re: Which would you start: a Blog or Online Community? - It is a difficult decision to make. Lets start it this way - What are you more interested in? Money? or Friends? or Both? If its purely Money, then Blog might be an appropriate answer. But consider this - It will be people (visitors) that will bring traffic to your blog and then Money will follow. This will be possible after a time and during this time it will be your friends who will be the starters. If you are looking for friends only, then its true that not many will be interested in knowing how you have beaten them in the game or the other way round. So it will be preferable to have a Forum where they can share ideas with you and others. But you can share your insider knowledge with them and invite comments from your Blog. You can also put up information on what others (including your friends) don't know about Tennis. The blog you create can provide News, Inside Information and also Techniques that can be used by the new entrants in the world of Tennis.
Making Money in 2011 Making Money in 2011 - Hello forum members! As we draw closer to the new year I thought it would be appropriate to change the title of our forum category "Making Money in 2010" to "Making Money in 2011" - I'm looking forward to some interesting discussions and wish everyone a prosperous New Year!
QuickBooks vs. Microsoft Money vs....? QuickBooks vs. Microsoft Money vs....? - I have always used Microsoft Money to run my business - accounting, invoicing, etc. It came with my computer when I got it and integrated well with my online banking system so everything is a breeze. It only takes 30-60 minutes every quarter to do the bookkeeping (keep in mind that I have a very simple business - no inventory, very little invoicing, I do all my payments by credit card, etc). Is QuickBooks or Money the best accounting tool for small business owners? Or is there something even better?
Re: What or Who Sparks Your Business Interest Re: What or Who Sparks Your Business Interest - It's interesting to see what the different motivations are by Age Category. I've noticed this around me: 20 to 29yr olds: Motivator: Money 30 to 39yr olds: Motivator: Success/Ambition 40 to 49yr olds: Motivator: Family comes first 50 to 59yr olds: Motivator: Leaving a legacy i've only gone that far in my analysis. Of course this is a braid generalization but I find that it helps direct my marketing to individuals in different age brackets. The product/service can be the same but the Marketing message (Benefit Statement) to a 20 year will revolve around "Money" vs. a 30-something would be on their "Self Image"
$$$ $$$ - Money making is a talent. If used properly it can achieve desired results.
