The Only Way To Have Real Employment Security
One of the biggest concerns in the professional world today
is the diminishing prospects of employment security. Job losses are increasing daily and the near future offers
little hope for a reversal. If you’re employed by someone other than yourself
your job will never be guaranteed, no matter how hard you work or how friendly
you are with your boss. Your future will always be at the mercy of someone
else, someone who is plainly not putting your needs first.
Self-employment is the only option available to protect your
personal and financial wellbeing regardless of the condition of the economy. Working
for someone else strips you of the tremendous power you have over fate. You become
a passive player in your own life; success suddenly becomes a question of
whether you get lucky or not. Self-employment is your ultimate leverage with
which you can take back what’s rightfully yours—the power to set your own
destiny.
With the explosion of the Internet, everyone today has the
chance to become an entrepreneur. Self-employment is the first step to take in the
journey toward complete financial freedom. And it is this freedom that
translates not only into employment security, but also into great wealth and
personal fulfillment. You will always have plenty of money in the bank. You
could take off for a weekend, a month, or even a year if your business becomes
profitable enough (and it will, with a positive mindset coupled with positive
action!).
The funny thing is that when you’re self-employed, you
probably don’t ever want to take time off, at least not for very long, because you love what you do! Loving what you do
in life is equivalent to loving who you are. Passion begets a hunger for
action. This is the highest incarnation of employment security. You love being
an entrepreneur, so you work tirelessly as an entrepreneur, and therefore make
tons of cash as a result of your ongoing entrepreneurial successes!
The journey of the entrepreneur is a perfect match for your
independent-mindedness and progressive attitude towards life. Employment
security is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the payoff, but it’s
this generous tip that alone qualifies self-employment as the answer to most of
your personal and professional anxieties.
