Transforming Self Criticism - Easy Steps to Releasing the Inner Critic

If you have negative self talk, then you may be are aware of your committee. The committee is your inner critic. The part of you that keeps you stuck in fear and anger. The part of you that keeps reminding you that you are not perfect enough. The familiar part that creates sabotage. How close is your relationship to your committee and how has your committee affected your life?

This can be a lifelong struggle. A familiar relationship has been created. Many people have influenced your perception about life, people and yourself. The amount of effort, time and money spent trying to separate yourself from your committee can be substantial. The results can be long lasting or short lived. When your committee becomes too loud there are ways to quiet them. Those actions typically have short term benefits and long term consequences.

Having that inner critic is like sitting at a table and negotiating with the terrorist.

Discover how to release the inner critic instead of numbing yourself to quiet the thoughts. The Emotional Freedom Techniques has changed lives. The Mindset for Success System uses The Emotional Freedom Technique in a specific format to relieve the negative self talk of your inner critic.

The premise of the Mindset for Success System is to replace a negative message with a positive one. The inner critic encompasses the negative self-talk that you have. This formula uses visualization, while tapping, to transform the inner critic into a mastermind group.

The concept of a mastermind group was coined by Napoleon Hill, author of "Think and Grow Rich". He defined the mastermind group as a "coordination of knowledge and effort, in a spirit of harmony, between two or more people, for the attainment of a definite purpose."

Think about King Arthur and his Round Table. He had a group of advisors that were there to serve him and help him to rule his kingdom. Create your mastermind group with people that are ready to serve you and guide you as you continue your personal and spiritual journey. Hand pick who will be on your mastermind group. Access your mastermind group often for insight and direction.

The people in your mastermind group can be from the past, present or future. Feel free to include archetypes or angels. When creating a mastermind group, have an equal number for balance and harmony.

Using visualization, create a welcoming place. The sacred space is created with intention and is an environment that is supportive, uplifting and tranquil. The mastermind group resides in your sacred space.

There are 6 steps to prepare for the tapping sequence of the Mindset for Success System. Go through each step writing down your responses.

1. Identify the message and the negative voice.

2. What are some of the statements that you hear from your inner critic.

3. If you could say anything, what would you say to your inner critic

4. How would you like to release the inner critic ?

5. Describe your sacred space. Visualize your safe place.

6. Choose who you will invite onto your mastermind group.

With the Mindset for Success System you will begin by identifying the source of your negative, critical voice. It might be yours or the voice of someone else. Check in and see if you can discern its origination. Once that is done, think of all the negative self talk that you hear from that voice. Choose one statement that you would like to focus on to release. The next step is to say what you have always wanted to say to your inner critic. This is an opportunity to release the emotions you have been holding in all this time. Once that is done then you can inform your inner critic they are to be released. Tap on releasing that energy source from within you. Once that step is completed then you can visualize yourself at your sacred space. This is when you will greet each member of your mastermind group. Once each member of your mastermind group has been welcomed, join them and ask them to complete the circle.

Do the set up focusing on the inner critic and then tap five sequential rounds. One round for each part of the formula. As you tap, visualize the inner critic, the statements, releasing that inner critic and committee from within you. Visualize your sacred space. Invite each person of your mastermind group into your sacred space. Know that they are there to support you, validate you and give you guidance. Allow yourself to be validated and supported with what is important for you. Take a deep breath.

The Mindset for Success System reinforces the actions for reaching peak potential. Identifying the negative. Choosing to stop. Replacing the negative with a positive. This sequence reinforces the lifestyle changes that are being made for personal growth. Many times the inner critic is subconscious. The power comes in taking that subconscious presence and bringing it to consciousness. Confronting that negative force, releasing yourself from the negativity and empowering yourself by choosing positive influences that will be there to guide you.

Following the Mindset for Success System has had quick and amazing results. The work has been transformative. There have been many one minute wonders. The premise is to turn a negative into a positive. Choose to release the inner critic for good. You have been negotiating with the terrorist of your committee for too long. Choose to get up and walk away from the table.

Re: e-Commerce and e-Payment providers Re: e-Commerce and e-Payment providers - When I came back to Japan in 1999 I sometimes used to ask my students if they would buy anything on the Internet and at that time most thought it was too risky. I'd encourage them to try by using well known sites such as Amazon.co.jp and also pointed out that using a credit card on a reputable site was safer than using it at a restaurant. I can't remember the last time I had that discussion or when the "tipping point" occurred in Japan. To answer your other question, I use Paypal for several reasons: 1. Brand familiarity 2. Easy to use 3. Free to withdraw 50,000yen+ to my Japanese bank account - a huge benefit (but maybe other systems also offer that...?) 4. Easy to cancel subscriptions On the down side, their transaction fees are quite costly, they are difficult to contact and when disputes arise you can sometimes lose even when you can prove via your tracking service that the disputed item was "delivered" to the customer's address!

Delegating Delegating - Good info and interesting list. Easy to see how the authority or power is slowly passed to the person - the secret would be knowing WHEN to move to the next step. I like to avoid people who are stuck at the #1 level. Chris
What makes you keep coming back for more? What makes you keep coming back for more? - I am researching on personal preferences that keeps the visitors coming back to a web site. What would be great is if people would list out their preferences of what keeps them interested to keep visiting a website in order or importance. For me it is:- 1. Content – Value, Depth and Recency of Information provided 2. User Friendliness – Easy Navigation, Simple graphic design etc. 3. Service – download time, contactability etc.
Re: Winners vs. Losers Re: Winners vs. Losers - Thanks Evan May I add Winners have a passion for success Winners have positive mental attitude Winners are committed Winners see problems as opportunities Winners love the challenge (of difficulties) Losers Easy to recognize - I try to avoid them; attitude, commitment, body language, participation, procrastination, fear, ....
