Business Plan Writers Service

A professional Business Plan Writer will transform your aspirations of opening your business and raising finance for your business and turn your thoughts and dreams into a reality. Your Business Plan Writer will be able to take the conceptual information provided including financial projections, ideally approved by your Accountant or CPA, into the format that will enable a capable Business Broker to confidently obtain the business financing that you require.
Business Plan Executive Summary

The Executive Summary is one of the most important components of your business plan. Apart from the cover page and table of contents, it is the first thing the investor sees and reads: it is here that you must attract the attention of the Investor. The Executive summary should briefly describe the nature of the business, its products and/or services, the people behind the business and their unique qualifications, and the requirement (i.e. Business Finance). The executive summary should emphasize the financial upside, while requiring the investor to look into the plan for the details. A professional Business Plan Writer can target the Executive Summary to create interest in your business, and together with assistance from your Accountant or CPA will be able to highlight your strengths, and to emphasize your grasp of the marketplace and your special place in it, with a view to making a presentation to a Business Broker who can assist you in obtaining the Business Finance that you require or marketing your business for sale.

Business Plan Strategy

The strategy statement should describe what your business will do and could achieve; also include a statement about your long-term goals - however, every business sells some sort of product and/or service to make money, your statement should capture the essence of your business and the benefits it offers, ideally approved by your Accountant or CPA. The job of the business plan writer is to help the clients reach their goals by writing clear and applicable business plans to provide a comfort level by which investors, loan officers and Business Brokers can share in your confidence of financial success. Your strategy defines your overall approach to doing business and will reflect your plan to move your business forward in a positive and confident fashion and attract customers. Your business plan must summarize your strategy by explaining what makes your business work and why customers will choose you over others.

Business Plan Service/Product Description

Your plan must include a description of the products and/or services you offer, even if you have an established business, because the investor may not be familiar with your offerings. If your product is new to the marketplace, you must include a very detailed description and, if appropriate, support the description with even more detailed aspects. It is of paramount importance that your business plan includes all aspects of your business including products and/or services. From the lender or investors’ perspectives, it will also be important to describe both sides of the business plan including your perspective and theirs.
Business Plan Marketing and Sales Strategies

Your Business Plan Writer will describe the company's overall approach to the market and include whatever is important to the business in its marketing strategy:

Will the company compete by virtue of Price, Quality, Service, Advertising, Promotion, etc?
Will the company approach the customer by means of direct sales, telemarketing, internet etc?
In which way does the company compare to competition?

The sales plan deals with more specific issues, such as who is going to sell what to whom and for how much and how long it will take you to get paid. You may have to consider Invoice Factoring to improve cash flow.

The Business Plan Writer works very closely with clients and their Accountants or CPA if necessary to develop their marketing and sales strategies and present them in a clear and credible fashion, for the purpose of the investor and/or the Business Broker.

Business Plan Company Description

People invest in two things, people and ideas. Most of your business plan deals with your ideas, your products and/or services, your market and your approach to your market. You may have the most desirable product, the most desirable service, a willing market and a favorable competitive environment. Once you have sold the loan officer, investor or Business Broker on your business, you will have to show that you can execute your plan; the lender/investor will want to be assured of this issue as well. With the help of your Accountant or CPA, it is important to describe what sort of company you have (corporation, partnership, proprietorship, etc.), who owns the company, how it is organized, who manages it, and most importantly, what are the qualifications of those who will manage the business.

Business Plan Financial Projections

You may be in business or going into business for many reasons - however, your lenders providing the Business Finance are interested in their investment. To them, the heart of your business plan is represented by the financial projections which must include income statements, balance sheets, and statements of cash flow. These statements must convince your lenders and/or Business Brokers of two very important details, firstly that you will be able to repay your backers and secondly, have cash resources for your incentive to succeed. Seeking advice from your Accountant or CPA with respect to financial matters is extremely valuable at this point. Your financial projection should consist of an Income Statement a Balance Sheet and a Statement of Cash Flow.

Break Even Analysis

Business plan readers expect to see a break even analysis in your business plan. It demonstrates that you have a good understanding of the financial workings of your business and can often reveal whether or not a proposal is viable. The break even point is the minimum level of sales a business must achieve to cover its costs. The Business Plan Writer will prepare a break even analysis for your business plan.

Financing Financing - Actually, his suggestions will work for any business. A few details were adjusted to fit the content and subject of the book, but the tips to prepare for a loan application, acquiring financing etc are consistent. What sort of business venture are you working on? You could easily take that article and insert almost any business where it says "pizza shop" and the principles are the same. To apply for a loan, people need to have good credit, the same documents need to be collected and its a great idea to know how much you need and to have a business plan to support your numbers etc. Chris
Starting A Business Starting A Business - Your are recieving some really good advice on the mental aspect of starting a business. I work with clients on a more technical level when starting a business, structure, licensing, taxes, business plan, intital steps, etc. Don't get me wrong, all entrepreneurs need both, motivation and technical support. They work hand in hand. My suggestion to you is to both mentally prepare yourself and began establishing goals. I use a method for business development, which has been very beneficial in the success of my clients, "PIE". Plan, Implement, and Execute (business plan). After identifying the processess which is needed to take, you must then follow through with the neccessary research to determine how to establish the business. Call your local City Clerks office to find out what you need to establish a business in your area. Find out what type of license will you need (if one is required), depending on the location of your business you may not need one. Additionally, what is the best structure for your business type, what are your tax requirments, how to establish business credit, what is required to obtain capital to start your business. These are the fundamental things you should know before starting a business.
Is A Business Plan A Waste Of Time? Is A Business Plan A Waste Of Time? - According to various government statistics, up to 80% of businesses will fail within their first five years of operation. That number is staggering to me. At the same time, when I look at most business owners, most of them do not have a business plan for where they want to go. When you ask entrepreneurs why they don’t have a business plan, most of them will say something like: “it’s too much work”, “I’m not trying to raise money”, “it’s all in my head already”, or “my business changes too often for a business plan to be worthwhile.” Sound familiar? Did you write a business plan for your company when you first started? Are you planning on doing it for your new business idea?
Better to Be Prepared Better to Be Prepared - [quote="jvprosperity":3m5dngre]That's a good point... What are you currently doing to protect your business? Do you have insurance on your place of business? How are you protecting your information? How are you protecting your assets? Do you keep offsite backups of data? How do you protect your intellectual data? Are you protecting your business from being sued?[/quote:3m5dngre] It is much better to prepare - of course we can't prepare for everything. But there are many things we can do to be ready. Since we never know when a disaster - natural or otherwise will happen - its good to be as prepared as possible. Chris
Business Plans Business Plans - I feel that the business plans I compile are complete and effective. Its a matter of compiling the information that is needed in a thorough way and doing the research needed to prepare the best possible plan for my client. Being detail oriented, doing thorough research and being very organized are traits that I think make effective presentations of any kind --- and molding the presentation to the target audience.
