The Time is NOW for Sobriety Checkpoints in Michigan!

Sobriety checkpoints are used to detect impaired drivers. Vehicles are stopped in a specific sequence (e.g., every other vehicle or every fourth vehicle). This is designed not only to apprehend drunk drivers, but also to deter them from driving drunk. Right now, only one arrest is made for every 88 episodes of driving over the illegal limit, so apprehension cannot be the only goal.
These checkpoints have been shown in several high quality studies and by the Centers for Disease Control to reduce alcohol-related crashes and fatalities by 20 percent. This may create a minor inconvenience for drivers, but the Supreme Court ruled that sobriety checkpoints are constitutional because this small inconvenience was overwhelmed by a compelling stated interest in saving lives.Not only do they save lives, but they've been shown to be a cost-effective means of enforcement. Checkpoints are an integral and necessary part of anti-drunk driving enforcement and deserve our support. Unfortunately, even though the US Supreme Court said sobriety checkpoints are constitutional, there are still 10 states that do not allow them: Idaho, Iowa, Minnesota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Texas, Washington, Wisconsin, Wyoming and - of course - MICHIGAN.

- The business I intend to start is about designing...graphical design or whatsoever, I am researching about different designs better if it is for real like the videos I came across in Youtube. The plan is to convert it to graphical thing, I am thinking photoshop or firework. But really need advices if I can do this, or we need to ask the owner of that video just to have it legal....and the business office hopefully will be in Michigan....hope that sounds clear, I am searching for graphic design forum so that they can help me as well same with the advices I need from here. Is it alright also setting up business in Michigan?

I myself am a 'constructive' procrastinator... I don't know if I'm alone in this.
I have about six or seven projects I'm working on at any given time. I get one project almost done... then my interest is piqued by another project and I work on that... I get burnt out and move to another...I know I do this so I have it arranged such that once I get bored or burnt out with one project, I can step right back into project 1 - or 2 or 3, and get that a little bit more done before moving on to something else.
As long as you're organized and know where all your reference material/idea sheets are when you're ready to get back to work on each project, it should be fine. I also find that by stepping away from a project - I still work on it in the recesses of my mind so that when I go back to it - it's with some good ideas that I wouldn't have had if I'd continued on with it originally.
Maybe I should write a book on how to Procrastinate Constructively... I've actually thought about doing that...because most people procrastinate, don't they...and very few are ever able to stop.

- It's flying by so quickly! Still have plenty to do that I wanted to have done by now. Time to really step it up!
