Next Steps In Your Accountability Partnership

After you've successfully worked with a partner for a while, you may be wondering what options you have for furthering your relationship. I've created this list of some of my favorite next steps:

  1. Commit to another session.

If you've completed six months together and like how things are going, sign on for another six months or a year together. If it's working, keep it going! Set new, higher goals, and commit to helping each other meet those milestones.
  2. Create a Joint Venture.

After connecting with an accountability partner for some time, you get a pretty good sense of their strengths and weaknesses, and how they like to work. If your styles (and businesses!) seem compatible, you might want to think about creating a joint venture (JV) partnership. Think about teaching an online course together, or creating a case study of your partnership successes. Turn your experiences into cash!
  3. Co-found a mastermind group.

Are you ready to invite a few more friendly faces to join your band of two? As discussed in a previous section, accountability groupscan be extremely powerful. And having two people who already know and are committed to each other to form the core of the group will help set the tone, as well as give you some tried-and-true ground rules for starting.
  4. Meet and greet.

If you've only been connecting remotely - online or by phone - think about taking your relationship to the "real world." A great option is to meet up at one of the many excellent Internet marketing conferences or seminars around the world - I guarantee that when you meet each other in person, you'll feel like you've known each other for years, even if you've just been corresponding via email for a few months.
  5. Move on.

It may seem a tad callous to just move on from a successful partnership, but it doesn't mean you're saying goodbye to the person. As your business enters different stages of development and you encounter new challenges, you may require a different type of accountability partner - and that's okay. Think of a new way you can work together, or if you want to keep the relationship up but at a lower level of commitment, spread out your meetings (once a quarter is the minimum to keep the flow of things going).
All healthy accountability partnerships - and businesses - change and grow over time. Recognizing the new stages you're entering and honoring your current needs is a critical part of being a successful businessperson.

Success Strategies Success Strategies - How to get the results you want now? Success Strategies and Action Steps I have used are: The Power of Choice Where you are at this present moment, is exactly perfect from the choices you have made. If you want to be somewhere else, you have to decide clearly what that is (your goal/outcome) and create action steps to achieve this. The Power of Focus The book "The Power of Focus" by Jack Canfield, Mark Victor Hansen and Les Hewitt, is one of my treasures in my Entrepreneur Library. If you focus on what you want versus what you do not want, your conscious and sub-conscious mind will direct attention to this. The movie, What the Bleep, Down the Rabbit Hole, explains this in detail about quantum physics and what we create in our lives. The Power of Commitment This is not about commitment to others. The first step is the commitment, your word, you make to yourself. Accountability and responsibility are additional success strategies and ingredients to creating the success, defined by you, that you want. The commitment to others reflects your integrity, your word and the team you work with. Co-workers, clients, yoru family, friends and community. Re: looking for partner Re: looking for partner - Partnerships in business can be tricky. Most partnerships fail. Here are a few points to ponder before starting a partnership: - Should have common goal and vision - Level of commitment in business - Expectations from business and each other. - Good sense of self-worth - Financial Position – Have a good experience in related business with strong financial standing I suggest you to go on Google type “Partnership Assessment form” and Partnership Assessment Tool” You find some good results. Further apart from this forum look into on social media and business sites.
Re: Drop out Billionaire Re: Drop out Billionaire - I reveived Bill Bartmann's DVD "9 Steps To Achieve Any Goal" as part of my monthly pack from Success University a few months back. It is a great presentation. I've watched it several times but not for a while so I'll view it again in the coming week. He is one of the greats. Like the best success mentors, he speaks with authority because he has come through much tribulation. His program sounds like a great bargain at $100 a year.

Re: Success Re: Success - I study success intently, and would like to share: Here's two excellent and nearly identical success-formulas from a couple of the world's masters. FIRST FORMULA: 1. Passionate Desire 2. Clear, Definite Purpose 3. Committed Decision 4. Take Action In Faith (Bonus Secret Sauce: 5. Repeat Consistently) I made a video about this, but am not allowed to link it yet. Google "Ryze Success Steps" for it. Oh, and this is Napoleon Hill's (Master Of Success Laws)'s Formula. SECOND FORMULA: 1. Passionate Desire 2. Understand It Is Already Done (Faith) 3. Relax & Allow It To Unfold (Go about your life calmly) This one is courtesy of Abraham-Hicks (inspiration for the movie The Secret). Hope that helps!
