Secretariat Movie

I watched the Secretariat Movie while in Italy, the only television I have seen for the month.

About the Secretariat (This is the Disney Spill)

Disney presents an astonishing true story bursting with hope, heart, and courage. Diane Lane and John Malkovich lead a celebrated cast in this inspirational motion picture from the producers of Miracle, Invincible and The Rookie.

Behind every legend lies an impossible dream. Witness the spectacular journey of an incredible horse named Secretariat and the moving story of his unlikely owner, a housewife who risked everything to make him a champion. Out of the gate with never-before-seen bonus features, Secretariat is hours of pulse-pounding entertainment for the whole family!

*************************

I won’t go into any more details other than the description from Disney above, because it will spoil it for you, but I recommend you get this movie out and watch it. It’s very inspirational especially for women, but very enjoyable for all to watch. I suggest you watch the Movie and write down what you got out of the Movie and then read on………………

What I got out of this Movie was:

· Her ability to Lead others, she was a great Leader

· Her ability to inspire her team with her Vision and her team took this Vision and gave it 100%

· Her ability to research her experts and get them to come aboard. She recognised that she could not achieve what she wanted by herself with her current lack of knowledge and experience, so she seeked experts that would complement her Vision.

· Her NO FEAR attitude, she didn’t give up. Persistence, Persistence, Persistence

· Her belief in her Horse – “She was the Horse’s VOICE”

· When she made a mistake and was wrong she admitted it and apologised to the people she had accused and then moved on as a team. This gave her more respect. She learned from her mistakes and took action to achieve her goal.

Is it possible to save the recordings I record with Camtasia into another format so they will work on Windows Movie Maker?[/quote:3og0rosu] Absolutely. Just save the recording as an AVI or MPEG and then load it into Windows Movie Maker and edit from there. Of course, Camtasia provides some nice editing tools as well.
Re: Poll: Video Marketing Online, Do you use it? Re: Poll: Video Marketing Online, Do you use it? - Here's the key: get started! My first videos were pretty bad - they were shaky, the lighting was terrible, I was nervous. And they slowly got better. I researched a better camera, I picked up some better lighting, and with practice my deliver got better as well. I started off using Windows Movie Maker. Then I used a combination of Movie Maker and Camtasia. Now I outsource everything through oDesk. My old video as almost embarrassing as I look back on them but if I didn't get started with those I wouldn't be where I am today. Get started!

Ideas to thank Customers Ideas to thank Customers - I always send out Thank You cards with a Movie night out for two (popcorn and drinks included) in them. This is a good topic 'cos I'd like to change up the Thank you gifts but I'd like to read up on what others are doing. cookies..mmmm.. I also know someone who sends out exotic fruit baskets. She puts it together herself as she shops at the Asian supermarkets and it doesn't cost too much.. a basket of fruits may cost as much as $6.00 with the basket. She hand delivers them to thank them and it also gives her some face time with the people she's done business with.
