Business Challenges: A Secret Tip or Two
How do you look at business challenges? Wouldn't you like to build a business that's solid, stable, and provides recurring income? So what are causing some of those business challenges?
- Are you busy doing what you THINK you're supposed to be doing, but the money just isn't flowing in fast enough?
- Or do you feel stuck, working in your business for too little when you want to be generating a much higher income...you're just not sure how?
One of the biggest business challenges of starting or growing your business is trying to figure out the nuts-and-bolts of HOW to transform your vision into a thriving business. Identifying a clear vision of where you want your journey to end. What are the results you want and how do you discover the steps on your journey.
One thing we need to do is keep adjusting our vision as our understanding of business, client building, and marketing deepens. What's needed is a guideline or plan - how to accomplish this, how to create from this vision. Can this be successfully simplified into a method to achieve a goal of $500 per week?
- Ahh... the 2 'S" Pattern - Successfully Simplified.
You see, the trick to simplified success in business challenges is this:
- Find something that works and keep doing it until it stops working, all the while looking for ways to improve it so that it never stops working.
== To start, all you need is ONE product / service, ONE client to start building your database list and ONE method of bringing traffic to your site (rather online or brick and mortar). You can continue expanding from there to grow an entire business.
What is your ultimate vision? So with all of this, it's important that you think backwards. That is, you take the end result you want and ask yourself, "How can I accomplish this?"
Example- If I want to create a new service or product, I ask myself, "How do I take care of the steps to get this project completed?" Then I determine the steps required and organize this step by step. Then, it's a matter of completing the steps one at a time until it is finished.
We all know that it's important that you have a workable plan. So ask yourself "where do I want to go" and "how can I get there?" You can't make progress until you know those two things.
- Strategies are what you are going to do. Your Plan. Where do you want to go?
- Tactics are how you are going to do them. How are you going to get there?
So, step one is always going to be able to identify the end result of what you want to achieve and create a set of action steps to bring about that end result.
Let me know how you do with this!
