If you do not own a video store or indeed a pizza shop, then I am sure you can think of some great complimentary business links to your company. I suggest you go and speak with the business owners to see if you can do a deal or two.

Partnership questions - I am working on the project which is in its pre beta stage. This is a web based service that allows to distribute some content in a printed format. I got several offers from investors and printing companies regarding partnership and funding. Since I have a pre-beta version yet I have a lot of questions on how to deal with partners/investors. 1. what can I offer to my partners? for example, 20%, 30%, 40% share is the future business? how many present should it be? 2 should we sign any agreement to legally regulate the partnership? if yes, how does this agreement look like? 3. how to make these partners/investors involved into development of this business? I suggest looking for partners and potential clients on online business portals like servana, which do not charge any basic fee. Get connected with potential partners, clients and customers from all around the world. My signature could help you in your research.

Or training outsourced? Again, seek talent that aligns with your objectives. Break down what your business operations would be like, then seek the appropriate talent to cover that area. Of course, you don't want to give up too much equity by seeking out too many partners. Usually lower number of founders the more likely the start-up will survive. Good luck
