Every day, in almost every office of almost every organization, people are going to get together to make something better.

Making things better is a natural impulse, especially if you want to grow.

Unfortunately, better is not always the right strategy. Better is not always superior to different.

When you make something that works a little better, you're playing the same game, just keeping up with the status quo. When you make something different, on the other hand, you're trying to change the game.

The next time your engineers or customer service people want to initiate a project to make something better, challenge them to make something different instead.

I generated it from my adsense account, and now after an upgrade they call it Google custom search. This is a great tool. 1- people can search your website if they are looking for something specific 2- When people use the search box to search outside your site and click on the links you get commission. it is easy to install and can help your marketing efforts.
Re: Is YouTube Going Commercial? - Something else to consider is that kids are using youtube as a search engine - can you imagine a search engine filled with video content, maybe it's the future of search? I'm gearing up for it. Not only do videos rank better on natural search, but they can teach a lot more in 60 seconds than the written word. The key is to produce videos quickly and keep it informative and entertaining. Make 60 second clips for your products and move on. Using Camtasia is a good place to start...
