The relentless search for "tell me what to do"

If you've ever hired or managed or taught, you know the feeling. People are just begging to be told what to do. There are a lot of reasons for this, but I think the biggest one is: "If you tell me what to do, the responsibility for the outcome is yours, not mine. I'm safe."

When asked, resist.

Re: We Have Another One... Re: We Have Another One... - Crazy story... Today I visited around 10 or so internet marketing related forums that I either have never been to before, or that I haven't been to in a very long time. Guess what?... Every one of them, and I really mean EVERY one, had posts from none other than our faithful spammer, journeyoflife7. And some of them even had members complaining about him because they had caught on to his copy/paste tactics. This guy is relentless!
Re: Search Engine Optimization Re: Search Engine Optimization - As an Internet marketing strategy, SEO considers how search engines work, what people search for, the actual search terms typed into search engines and which search engines are preferred by their targeted audience. Optimizing a website may involve editing its content and HTML and associated coding to both increase its relevance to specific keywords and to remove barriers to the indexing activities of search engines.
Re: SEO... Re: SEO... - Search engine optimization (SEO) is the process of civilizing the volume or quality of traffic to a web site from search engines via "natural" search results. Typically, the earlier a site appears in the search results list, the more visitors it will receive from the search engine. SEO may target different kinds of search, including image search, local search, and industry-specific vertical searchengines. This gives a web site web presence.

Re: Google Custom Search: Let Visitors Search YOUR Site Only Re: Google Custom Search: Let Visitors Search YOUR Site Only - Hi GT, I have a Google search box on my site since I started. I generated it from my adsense account, and now after an upgrade they call it Google custom search. This is a great tool. 1- people can search your website if they are looking for something specific 2- When people use the search box to search outside your site and click on the links you get commission. it is easy to install and can help your marketing efforts.
