I Need to Read My Own Book
I wanted to let you all know that I’ll be on CNBC’s Millionaire Inside Saturday night 5 p.m. PDT/8 p.m. EDT and again at 8 p.m. PDT/11 p.m. EDT. So why the late notice?
Because I don’t think I did that well and was considering not telling you about it. But what the heck is that? READ YOUR OWN DAMN BOOK, FERRAZZI. I have those moments a lot. You know, just human here. The disappointment I have with my performance is confirmed by others, so this is not just me. I was trying to be something I was not. My authentic self didn’t come through because I was too focused on my performance. In my head, not my heart. Ever been there? Ever go into a meeting and walk out and say, “Damn, if only I had just chilled out and tried LESS, and not so hard…” Anyway, I think you might learn something from the show so I hope you tune in July 28.
By the way, having a great time this week writing and chilling out at the beach. Getting book two ready for you all. More on that later. Warmest, K.
